REIG is a privately held real estate investment firm based in San Diego County. We are the première real estate solutions provider in San Diego helping homeowners and revitalizing communities. REIG Renovations acquires distressed residential real estate, we then renovate those homes to exceptional standards and sell them to new homeowners looking for high quality remodeled homes. While our objective is to capture added value for the company and our investors, we also feel very strongly about our mission to redevelop neighborhoods and give back to the community via charitable contributions. History

Established in 2012.

REIG’s management team has over 35 years experience in the residential and commercial construction remodeling industries, including custom home design and building, kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole house renovations, and room additions. Previously only available to personal acquaintances, REIG’s unique design and building experiences are now readily available to the public. REIG is committed to precision, quality, respect and integrity.

Business Owner

Brian started his real estate career with a small mortgage brokerage where he found his first mentor in the owner, and through him experienced the thrill (and life-​long obsession) of running and building a company.

The drastic shift in the market created an opportunity in the default servicing industry that Brian couldn’t refuse. Starting with the local division of a national REO outsourcing company, Brian quickly moved to an Asset Manager position servicing a portfolio of over 300 properties at time across the country for one of the «Big 4» banks. In the four and half years with the company, Brian managed the sale of over 1,300 properties across 20 different states.

In February of 2012, Brian left the comfort of his salaried employment to begin his journey with REIG, and he hasn’t looked back since. Brian currently oversees the Acquisitions, Marketing, Operations and Dispositions departments for REIG.

We were in a hurry of selling the house quickly. We received the letter in mail from REIG and thought it was a good way of selling the house, as we would have lot less headache.
Initially, we worked with Neva, she is very friendly and helpful. Then we worked with Marcel. Marcel arrived to our house on time for the appointment and friendly.
Everything went well and now we are moving to the new house. They would give you many benefits by working with them, instead of going through traditional sales process.
I would recommend REIG to everyone who wants to sell their house easy and quick!

After my review, we were contacted by Brian from REIG and he offered to fix many of the issues. Almost all of the agreed upon projects are complete, except for the closet doors, which they had to special order for us. We do appreciate their willingness to fix the issues caused by their workmanship. They were respectful and willing to make things right. Its unfortunate that we had to deal with all of this in the first place; the number of hours, time, and money that we have had to spend «fixing» things, should not have happened on a newly remodeled/​renovated home, but again we are very grateful that they are making things right at this point.

I could not agree with Christie E.‘s view more. They go on and on about being Christians and nothing they do is Christian. They cheat people and buy their homes for peanuts and then do some substandard «rennovations» and sell to suckers. I bought a home from them as well and within a few months it is falling apart. They bring in illegal aliens from mexico to use cheap materials and it is one code violation after another. They brag about charities and their Christian ways… NO WAY! WATCH OUT FOR THIS GROUP OF CONS. All these glowing reviews are fakes… they wrote or friends wrote.
UPDATE: I just got an email from the Christians at REIG who screwed me. I mentioned Christie E and brian says he will be ‘reaching out” to you to fix all your problems… we’ll be watching to make sure he does. I still say beware of these people… they are shysters and cons.

I have worked with REIG on a couple transactions and everyone involved was phenomenal! From start to finish the communication and dedication to the transactions was done with the utmost integrity. I have worked with a hand full of other investors and it was a roller coaster… With REIG their word was their word. They didn’t try to change terms or pricing once they were in. We set the terms in the beginning and once agreed that’s how they stayed. I wish I can say that with all my investor transactions. The work on the home (s) that REIG did was also done with integrity. They did not do any short cuts or mask over any problems. They even staged the house beautifully! Going back to integrity for a moment… I have called REIG for an inside scoop on properties that I had before they were listed actively and they have actually said no it wouldn’t work for them. What investor does that? REIG does! If they know the numbers and what needs to be done to the home to really transform it correctly don’t match they will let you know it won’t work. I love that about them. Of course that makes me want to work with them even more! A little side note for my Realtors out their… If you haven’t worked with REIG… Your missing out!

I’ve been working with REIG regularly for over a year now, processing escrow, and I can truly say that I’ve enjoyed each and every transaction I’ve had with them. Gary Cashman, their Operations Manager, is thorough and efficient, and always makes my job so easy! He communicates openly so all parties can remain on the same page throughout our closing. When they open a deal, I know with almost 100% certainly that it’s going to close; afterall they do amazing home transformations! Professional investors with the utmost integrity — HIGHLY recommended!

I found a great group of investors that have done an amazing job with all the properties. They are ethical and honest. They do not lie to get you into the deal, they actually tell you what they will do and they do it. if there is something they cannot do, they will tell you right away. Their remodels are amazing and they make the communities increase in value due to that. They also do so much for the VA families… they donate a remodel for some of these families that have gone through a lot. Their organization with their business has even thought me to be better at my own organization skills. I will continue to do business with them for many many years. Brian, Marcel, Nohemi, Gary. just the best of the best!

I have closed several transactions with REIG and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, the quality of the work, and their true desire to close every transaction with buyers and sellers happy with how things went with their sale or purchase. I was recently holding a home open REIG had renovated, and the buyer of a home that REIG had previously renovated a few blocks away stopped by while walking their dogs to say hi and see the newest renovation. Those buyers of «Garden Lane» told me they could not be happier with their home, that everything about it was perfect. Both husband and wife work long hours in the medical field and did not have the time or desire to work on a house. Buying a fully renovated home in an awesome neighborhood was what they had wanted and it was what they got. We talked for several minutes while walking through the open house, and I could see that these people love the work REIG does, were very complimentary about the newest remodel, and REALLY LOVE their home.

REIG Renovations is a dynamic, cutting edge renovation company! I have had the pleasure of working directly with Marcel, Brian & Patrick with REIG on several occasions with the acquisition of property in the North San Diego area. The entire team is amazing! I have also been involved with their charitable fundraisers. The most recent fundraiser I attended was for Wounded Warrior Homes. It was a huge success and REIG is very passionate about raising monies for their charity groups. I would highly recommend REIG as they are very detail oriented in their acquisitions and their renovations. REIG has proven to be incredible in achieving deadline driven contractual negotiations and are always ready to close on time. I look forward to many more transactions with REIG as they are easy to work with and a proven team!
