History

Established in 2014.

Acti-​Kare Responsive In-​Home Care has been established in 2009 based in Tampa, FL. It has been becoming a nation’s premier in-​home care provider since then. A new local presence opened for business in San Mateo in 2014 to serve the communities in mid-​peninsula area.

I had worked as a pharmacist for over a decade in WA,

and dedicated myself to providing proactive, individualized counseling by collaborating patients and their caregivers to address a wide range of issues that may affect the safe and effective use of medications.

my goal as a pharmacist was to care for patients the way I would want my family to be cared for. I was also involved with a nonprofit health organization to help needy people to get their health care needs. As a pharmacist volunteer in a mobile clinic, I could truly make a difference in the lives of our neighbors, because health care cost is so high that many people around us can’t afford to get the care they so urgently need.

With my professional knowledge and motivation in caring for others, I chose to open a home care business to accomplish my new goal which is help more seniors to stay independent in their own home in the fast aging society. Nobody chooses to get old, but I believe that aging well must be a blessing.
