Rudy Hassid, proprietor of Floortex Design, is a Certified Wood Flooring Inspector with The National Wood Flooring Association. He is also an Industry Expert for the Contractors State License Board for hardwood flooring. Rudy is hired by manufacturers, general contractors, homeowners and attorneys whenever a floor fails to assess the damage and determine the cause.
