Front Row Theater

Adorable community theater. I so much enjoyed the Sleepy Hollow musical we saw here– we took the whole family. Comfortable seats, smaller theater but so darn cute! It’s the kind of place you will want to be a regular of if you live in or near San Ramon. I think I need to see every show this place puts on.

This is a great little theater! I’ve seen two shows here and performed in one and each experience has been fun. As an audience member and theater lover, I’ve always enjoyed seeing shows in intimate spaces like these, where you could reach out and touch the actors if you wanted. The theater seats almost 100 people, I believe, and is only a year or two old, so everything is brand new. There’s a wide variety of performances done here, but I can only speak to the San Ramon Community Theater productions, which are da bomb. «Clue» and «Little Shop of Horrors» were a lot of fun to watch, and «Arsenic & Old Lace» was a lot of fun to be in! I played a cop! The people here are nice and the setting outside is even scenic. Only drawback is that it’s a bit of a drive to get there from just about anywhere, unless you live in the Dougherty Valley. Check out a show sometime! Prices are reasonable, as community theater should be.
