These guys are awesome! I got in and out with a newer model car in only a few hours. Hugo took me on a great test drive, Daniel helped me with the paperwork, and I was on the road in no time. Thanks for all the assistance! They even have a cool lounge area upstairs with a pool table and giant TV for waiting customers. Thanks again fellas.

My mom came to this location to purchase a car. Everything seemed to be going great; almost too good to be true. The car she liked was very cheap price & her monthly payments were super low. The guy helping us out seemed very nice and honest as well. So we obviously left the lot in my moms new car feeling happy and blessed. Well, only two weeks later the car starts making a weird noise so we call the man who sold us the car and he said to bring it in. No problem. We bring the car, he says it will be ready in a day or two. Two days pass, car isn’t ready. My moms car was here for a whole week. They kept making silly excuses to why it took so long and whatnot. And to top it off, they had the audacity to call her and ask her to give more money for her down payment. Are you kidding me? Then she comes to pick up her car and they just hand her the key, no sorry no walking her to where the car was at. She had to look for the freakin car herself. Honestly, this place is a two faced location!

They approved me after putting 5k down thinking that I was getting a good deal They put my interest rate at 25% ridiculous! A week later car needs breaks roaders and an inspection !! The person uncharged of the dmv didn’t request plates til I called and complained a month after driving with the dealer paper plates (risky) and they sent 2 stickers !! 1 was wrong so I had to send it back. They’re good at approving bad credit but it will cost u people! Think twice

I visited here looking for Pt cruiser. I was worried about getting a car until I came to Klass motors because I’m an international student whom English isn’t good enough yet. But the salesman «MAX» was very friendly, helpful, answered. And financial manager was also very sincere and nice. I’ve already been enjoying driving my car. I thank you for your support.

Drove up to klass motors not knowing if I was gonna get a car there nd drove off the lot in my new Toyota Corolla s couldn’t be happier as soon as I got there Diego helped me out pretty fast, asked what price range I was looking at nd immediately started showing me great cars within my price range. He’s got a funny side to him scared me a little on my monthly payment but showed me what I’d actually be paying nd I couldn’t have been happier. These guys are deal makers no doubt nd will be very happy to help out their customers as much as they can. Glad I picked Klass motors to get my first car. Everything was going good until this week
It started making a bubbling noise so I took it to the mechanic.
Just by looking it he told me the head gasket has been out for a while they did a stop leak on it as a temporary fix, the car does not even have the correct coolant that it needs. He told me it would be about $ 2000 to fix. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!
I called yesterday, I was transferred about 3 times. Was told they would call me back to discuss my situation. They have yet to call back.
I’m extremely upset, I feel defrauded, cheated, and lied to.
TODAY
Was told to take down this review so that they can help me with my issues. Unfortunately nothing was resolved. Called plenty of times to speak to mike about my issue NO ONE ever got back to me. Bubbles are still happening.
Also the car had a plastic thing covering the engine coolant.
its december still waiting for a reply. I will not be removing this review.
& STILL NO REGISTRATION!

came to «klass» motors i pulled in fred walked me through all the 3 series. we found the one i wanted, i came back an hour later took few hours i got approved. we did not test drive the car before purchasing because its past closing so i drive off feeling blessed, i worked hard to buy my first car. gas was on empty once i pull into the gas station i notice my back tire had no air so had to go to another gas station riding on a flat to put air after tht i was headed home on the freeway i pulled over once again my front right wheel was off & my front left wheel is going against it the car kept shifting opposite ways while driving again i pull over for the 3^rd time my back tire went flat again i found a nail in it which was in the tire prior to purchasing. couldn’t have gotten worse i had to call a tow jst to get it home straight from purchasing. the next day i bring it back to let them know the issue they pretty much sold me a lemon. i sat & waited two hours to talk to same manager whom i talked to when i pulled up. told me go american tire depot. literally the next day my engine lights up.
about two weeks my brake/​rotors still need to be replaced car continues to make noise. each wheel is missing a lugg nut! i cant unlock my driver door only thru the passenger everytime. there was throw up in the trunk under the compartment with mold, sick af!

after purchasing my car few weeks in i began to receive fraud transaction on my account also which i never had trouble to depute credit lines using my identity!
after losing over $ 3k unfortunately i had to purchase a car on the side to get me to work.

Went to Klass Motors after researching a kitted Smart ForTwo Passion. Drove over an hour to the showroom. Immediately got to test drive the car. EXACTLY what I was looking for. Headed back to the dealership ready to sign the papers, pulled in the driveway and was greeted by a woman in the doorway with her hands up like, «WTF?!» The sales manager came bolting out the door (super cool guy, btw) and apologized profusely. Apparently, a customer had put down some cash online to secure the car, WHILE we were test driving it. By law, the car’s hers.
(internal F-​bomb) Gave her my congrats and was prepared to hop back in my car and sit in at least 2 hours of traffic on the way home.
The sales manager showed me a Scion iQ (uh, no). Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a sweet Fiat 500 Abarth in black. Oddly enough, this has been my «mini dream car» for quite some time, but I couldn’t justify paying almost $ 30K for one. I was only intending to spend about $ 9K tops that day, but he coaxed me into at least sitting in it and cranking it up. Unfortunately, that did it. The sound that little firecracker makes when you light it up is full on guy porn.
Fast forward. Got through the paperwork process in record time (for car dealerships) and luckily had brought almost everything with me. (Advice: if you’re shopping for a car bring: title, proof of residence (phone bill, bank statement first sheet, electric bill), proof of insurance, proof of salary, current vehicle registration.) The salesmen and sales manager were fantastic.
My ONLY gripe… and this may sound petty. I had to ask for the tank to be filled with gasoline. REALLY??? The first comment was, «Don’t worry, there’s a gas station about a block from here.» Imagine my face. Needless to say, my salesman made the effort to put ¾ of a tank of gas in which was helpful given I’d lost the car I originally wanted AND paid almost $ 5.5K more than I’d intended to spend AND had driven over an hour to the dealership. C’mon guys. I know you do high volume, but PEOPLE are spending hard earned money in support of your brand. The LEAST you can do is send them away on a full tank of gas. That’s customer service 101. Thusly, 4 STARS vs. 5.
Still, HIGHLY recommend Klass Motors. They were great, super professional and quick. Just stash a couple of $ 20’s in your back pocket so you can actually get your new car home.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy from here! They do not stand behind their trucks or cars. They will run you from one person to another, they state they will fix the issue and then threaten you. I bought a truck and the next day it started making noises. We found out there are other issues with the tundra and they refuse to fix it. They said it is a preventive issues. Klass motors are nice in the beginning until they get you to sign. They told me that I signed off on the warranty, it was because they stated I have to buy it separately. After I signed the papers they never said anything about a warranty. They sold the car with a chip in the window and a nail in the tire and a solenoid problem. They said they took it to Orange Toyota today, but refused to give me the paperwork stating that they took it there and nothing is wrong with it. Don’t buy from here!!! Yes I did inspect it, but it was dark and late on a Sunday night.

Jasmine told me that a warranty was separate and she never discussed it after because I was coming down in 5 days. Sam called me a piece of shit today. Just an FYI you guys told 2 people yesterday that you would fix the engine, you changed your mind. I asked for the free inspection paperwork and I was denied. I have a recording of the whole conversation, love SAMS speech, next time tell him to think about what he says to customers. He called me a piece of shit like all his clients, and that I bought a used car and basically oh well. If you would like to hear the recording I will be more than happy to email you the 10 minute conversation. BBB will love to hear it and the attorney general. About 5 guys were standing outside listening to Sam rant. Don’t lie and be an honest car dealer. Also your owner threatened to have my truck repossessed maybe you need to make him aware that before he makes threats that he should look at the attorney general website and see what’s illegal. Point is you guys stated you would fix and then when you found out how much it would cost you changed your mind. You have had my truck for about a week, I have not had my truck a long time, a week only, get your lies straight.

The transmission message described that there will be some action taken to investigate the condition of this vehicle during the time it was presented to Lord Vader. There is a possibility that this vehicle might have accidentally by passed preliminary inspection prior of becoming lot worthy.
We shall put the Chewbacka on acid humor remarks to the side, and really dig into what was the cause of this vehicular negligence.
It seems like the previous owner must have had a Pitbull class animal traveling along with them on their adventures. This animal seemed like it was overwhelmed with emotions of excitement and separation anxiety because when the animal was alone in the car it would start to scratch the top of the door panels by where it meets the window. These severe scratch marks exist on all the interior panels in similar locations.
It also seems like this animal might have been left in the car for a long period of time because there was evidence of doggie bathroom accident present on the left rear seat.
I do acknowledge there is reasonable wear and tear with used vehicles. Unfortunately due to the condition of the interior this vehicle does not meet the criteria to be classified as «excellent condition» as specified in the «Vehicle Condition» section of your website.
I’m curious for the sake of my own amusement to hear about what your organization will discover. Is this vehicle going to receive an interior transplant (Roughly a $ 2000 job with parts & labor) Or is it going to be decommissioned and transferred to the recyclable materials compactor.

Went to buy a car and trade ours in. We’re very interested in buying the car and the salesperson looked at our car and low balled which turned me off. However, after sleeping on it realized this is all part of the game. I do think they have wonderful cars and ended up buying the one we liked. Salesperson should be more aware of potential trade in customers feelings on their car. Ended paying cash and think we got a good deal

Probably one of the best experiences I ever had buying a car. Freddy and Yasser helped me and they were super friendly. While waiting me and a friend played pool and had some refreshments. They had good music playing and didn’t pressure me into any extras. My car was was sold under market value and I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Everybody that worked there when walking past me always said hi and offered me something to drink or snacks.

Stopped at a few places in OC before deciding to purchase a BMW here today. Fred and the finance people here made the whole experience fairly painless. There’s a couple things I asked them to fix and am coming back next week to finish up. I think too many people expect used cars to be brand new at the price of used, I just expect honesty. They seem to have standards at least, for example Fred mentioned they won’t sell a car with less than 50% brake pads, tires, etc. 5 stars all the way, if anything isn’t as promised I would edit this but really dont expect to based on my impression, so if your reading this I’m highly recommending, ask for Fred!

I walked in to this place just to see if i would get approved and to checkout this S2000, I’m not going to to lie, it was a little over priced but it is a rare car to find. so i said why not. 127k miles for 17grand.!! but it was so sexy, i couldn’t walk away from the car.
i love the fact that they go out of there way to get you approved. Alex was my sales man, cool guy we took it for a test drive but not very far because it was running low and gas and neither one of us wanted to push a car on a hot day.
So the reason why i gave you 4 stars instead of 5. The tires! these tires were gone, they did not want to put new tires on the car, they said the car was already being sold really cheap and they were not making money on it. i thought that was pretty shady of them, I’m already spending 20 grand, the least you could do is pay for the tires. i would’ve been happy with used tires.
Over all they are a place of honesty. when we test drove the car, the radio was not working, Alex said he will look into it, and he did. he put a new radio on my car without hesitation. they keep their word.

When they say they Work with your credit, they Mean they Really work with it. I was unsure if I’d qualify because I’m a First Time buyer. Even though I spent the whole day there, it was worth it because I went home with my car! They even gave me food haha

i’d rather deal with someone honest.

I came to Klass motors looking for a newer version of my Honda Accord, or something else gas and budget friendly. Upon arrival, I was greeted but never hounded. Mauricio, Ricardo, Alex, and the entire team were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I actually visited multiple times and test drove a variety of vehicles with zero attitude or expectations.
Much to my delight, I found a Prius that I could afford. Great MPG, navigation, Bluetooth, JBL audio, leather… LOADED. When I told them I was interested in the vehicle, they even stayed in touch with me over the weekend while I spoke with my credit union.
When I told them I was ready to purchase, Sam in financing asked me what rate I was getting and said he could beat it. True to his word, he ended up BEATING what my credit union was going to give me. I’ll pay off my Prius in a shorter time than I expected and with very affordable monthly payments.
While I waited for the paperwork, I enjoyed their great lobby with comfortable furniture and a big screen tv… not a stuffy cubicle with office chairs. Jasmine went over everything in my paperwork and made sure any and all details were covered. She even told us a great spot to get dinner once we were headed out and Mike (their PR) gentlemen also made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
Lastly, and this is the MOST important part — when my Prius key was given to me – the battery in the car had just been replaced. Klass Motors did not want me leaving their lot with an old battery… unfortunately when they replaced it, the electronics on the key had something happen and my key would not auto lock and unlock the doors. The car ran, I just couldn’t use the cool «walk up to your car and it automatically unlocks» feature. When I went to a Toyota dealership I was quoted around $ 350 to fix a «programming glitch» in the key. Needless to say, I was a bit taken back.
I called Ricardo and he guaranteed Klass Motors would take care of the key situation for me. I dropped off my car the next morning and later that afternoon I had a BRAND NEW Prius key. Mauricio again thanked me for my business when I left and gave me a great looking key chain for my new key.
Klass (the family’s name) Motors truly cares about its customers – I can testify to that. Sure, you could give them grief about what happened with the key… but they went WELL above expectations to make sure I was totally happy when all was said and done. That is FAR more than I can say for most car lots.

I promised the manager I would revise my original review, since he took time to call me about this. I won’t give too much credit though, because I think he was more concerned about the perception of the company and not the reality (my reality) of the experience with the company.
My thing is this, I work in medical sales… I have pissed off customers who call me often about several circumstances that are most of the time not in my control. The manager stated that he didn’t want to respond on Unilocal and put the real reason I was not worked with (my credit) that irritated me, and told me that I am not worthy of a phone call back, or a detailed conversation (oh hi Kim, yes you need a co signer) before I am left to complain because they over promise and under deliver, at least… in my opinion.
He wanted me to take my review down, and I thought about it… but I changed my mind. Unilocal is for those who are interested in people’s experiences, and this is mine. Maybe next time they can focus on follow up BEFORE someone has to post a bad review.
