Hi Tech, is a friendly place to take your vehicle to if you need work done or just looking for good mechanics. They worked on my car, and did an awesome job. YES I would take my car back to for any other work. I would recommend this to everyone.

Where to begin? These guys know cars! They have real integrity, too.
A friend of mine owns a very successfful car lot in the area and recommended them (Hi Tech services all his used cars and gets them safe to resell); it was a favor I’ll be grateful for as long as I buy and sell cars!

Many times they have proven their honesty by not charging me for things they could have… things other places said were wrong with my car and really weren’t.
For instance: recently my car was acting like it was running out of gas even though the tank was full. A local mechanic told me my fuel pump was going out. I took it to High Tech for a second opinion and they notified me it was simply a clogged fuel filter, saving me hundreds of dollars. I have had this experience multiple times, first taking my car to another mechanic, then to High Tech where they saved me money, time, and energy.
Even though I am no longer in Santa Clara county, I gladly travel to bring my cars here when they need any thing!

Since my go-​to mechanics and people of trust when it comes to all things car were in training and therefor unavailable that week, I had to look for alternatives.
I was looking to sell my Toyota sort of last minute because I was leaving town and I got treated honestly and with respect by Kamran and his younger brother Ali. No BS, no games, which seems to become a rarity in the car sales and repair business. So when you find folks like this, you appreciate them even more. After all, that (plus their repair service quality) will make people come back.

I was considering buying a car at Wheels and Deals in Santa Clara and wanted to have a pre-​purchase inspection completed. I called Kamran at Hi Tech, and he was able to pick up the car directly from Wheels and Deals, do the inspection, and email me pictures of his written report and invoice all within 36 hours! Kamran was very honest in his report detailing what he was certain of, what he said we should ask the owner about. For example, there was no timing belt sticker next to the timing belt, and some repair shops would take the opportunity to say «We’ll replace it for you for $ 1000.» Kamran said, «The belt looks good, but there is no update sticker. Before you spend the money to replace it, ask the owner for service records for the timing belt.» Kamran also categorized repairs into nice-​to do versus safety hazard. I liked his simplicity, honesty, and fast service. He doesn’t have a swanky, large, fancy shop and isn’t super polished on the phone, but if you need an honest inspection, then see him. I’m very happy we did. Btw, pre-​purchase inspection was $ 125.
PS — We ended up buying the car and felt good about the price we paid since we knew exactly what shape the car was in.

I’m a loyal fan of these guys. Honest, good people, good service, and prompt. Thank you Hi Tech! :)

In a word, Hi-​Tech Auto is honest… pure and simple.
Owner Rab Nawaz and his staff are also analytical (found an ongoing problem when Toyota couldn’t) and resourceful (Toyota wanted over $ 400 for a piece of rear glass… Rab found it for $ 175.)
I have a ’95 Toyota Supra whose oil filter is a major gymnastic pain to get on and off. Rab’s people tell me that they have to contort their arms and tools to get to the oil filter (something two other indie shops told me). So I know I always get the straight scoop from Hi-Tech’s people. Toyota doesn’t give me the truth.*
Is Hi-​Tech the cheapest in town? Probably not, but they are reasonable. .and they are good, very good. I’ve been bringing my cars there since 2007 and trust them totally. Plus, they’re open on Saturdays!
It’s a basic shop. No plush waiting room with a flat panel TV or anything. But I’d sure rather have diligent, honest, resourceful people working on my cars at reasonable prices.

* Toyota 101 would change my oil and it would leak like a sieve. Toyota of 101 (Denny specifically) gave me some song and dance three times about why I’d have oil leaks. Miraculously, when they went back in, the leak would stop! Amazin’ huh? I finally complained to Kurt the customer satisfaction manager… and never went back.
Why payToyota 101 premium prices only to get major attitude and BS excuses from the Denny?

go see these guys they are the best, they will treat you with respect and there pricing is fair. they do good work and they are very quick. go see rab, camron, ali, they are all great.
