Mattress Store

After doing lots of research and shopping on a Bed Set we came into the Mattress Store in Valencia to see what they had to offer. This is where Sergio promptly greeted us and from the very beginning we had a great vibe from him. We could see he had a passion for what he does and he took the time to go over the different options we were interested in. He explained all the details from the few choices we narrowed down. After some thinking we decided to go with a very nice Plush Serta Perfect Sleeper and two melody bed pillows. The bed and pillows did a great job of selling themselves because of how incredibly comfortable they were, but Sergio’s professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness made it easy to make the purchase at the Mattress Store. We did have a couple of small hiccups with delayed delivery but that was a Serta issue and when we called to get it straightened out, Sergio happened to be on vacation so we dealt with John.
John was prompt and thorough in getting the delivery re-​scheduled within days and he was extremely friendly in doing so. He went out of his way to follow up with us on multiple occasions to let us know the exact details and we were really impressed by this as he wasn’t our salesman and he had nothing to gain, yet he was genuinely concerned with trying to get our situation handled in a timely manner. And when the bed set was delivered, John even called to just make sure everything was perfect. We really appreciate Sergio and John taking care of us and we will definitely let other people know how great the Mattress Store is. Because of exceptional service like this we will definitely be dealing with them again in the future!

Super happy with my two new beds. The General Manager (Rajmin? sorry if I killed your name) was super great. He just wasn’t one of those typical people who don’t care enough to be informative but just wants the sale. He took the time to inform my husband and I about all the beds we have questions about and we ended up buying an I-​comfort by Serta. I love it and so does my son (great)… Thanks for all the help.
