Go see Kristi!!! She’s wonderful, very attentive, professional and will find the right bed for you!!! We had a very good experience shopping at The Sleep Number store, they aren’t pushy and you get to try out all their beds with sanitary bed liners so it keeps the bed and customers feeling clean.
Kristi took care of us and put us at ease on buying a piece of furniture that will last us for quite some time. As you know buying a bed with a huge price tag ($ 5,000+) is quite nerve racking, but after all the benefits are explained to you, there is no price you can pay for a good night sleep… Well I guess there is but they also have financing available if you’re interested in that too! I have sciatica (back nerve pain) and getting a good nights rest is near impossible. But we’ve recently stayed where they had a sleep number bed and I slept like a baby! I am convinced that sleep number can help me sleep throughout the night!
I hope this has helped anyone considering buying one, its pricey for sure, but worth it if you have a hard time sleeping!

If it were possible to provide a ZERO star rating, I would. I went with my partner to this store several days ago. We were the only two customers in the store. The three sales associates were extremely aggressive, offensive and vulgar to us. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this before. I have wanted to purchase a sleep number bed for the past several years, but had never walked into a store before recently. My partner and I were so disappointed we left. We ended up running errands in the San Fernando Valley and made a stop at the Sherman Oaks sleep number location. It was like night and day! The Sherman Oaks staff were incredible! I was so relieved to know it was not a company wide issue, but just a store issue. Moral of the story; shop at Sherman Oaks, not Valencia.

Sleep Number products are nice but the wait times to get your products are terrible. If you’ve got a couple of months to wait — I guess that’s fine. But they are in NO rush to get anything out to you once they have your money.
I’ve decided to update this rating each time there’s another un-​explainable 2 week delay in getting our shipment. Too bad I can’t go lower than 1 star. Been 2.5 months now…

I had changed my original 5 star rating to 2 stars because of the delivery delays. We finally received the bed yesterday and I woke up this morning without back pain for the first time in ages! The team that delivered and set up the bed were terrific. The store worked with us to resolve the delivery delays. The bottom line was the bed was worth the wait!

I’d like to give no stars at all, but unfortunately it’s not possible. I purchased a bed and a down comforter back in November 29^th. Since then I’ve been trying to get a shipping date on my comforter. I called the 1800 number several times, waiting for an average of 32 min each time and nobody answered. The store manager keeps telling me that the company is a mess because they switched software systems and they don’t answer the managers either. Honestly I don’t care if they have software problems. They didn’t seem to have any problems charging my credit card. I’ve tried everything, even calling the corporate office in Minnesota but the bottom line is they don’t give a flying f*** about the customers. DO NOT BUY ANY SLEEP NUMBER products !!! They have no respect for their customers!

We purchased our bed 2 weeks ago and this company still cannot give us a delivery date, but they took our money. Poor customer service…

Unacceptable customer service from a woman named Inez. She was rude, snippy and not knowledgeable in what she was selling.
Go to a different store or buy it online, it’s cheaper that way anyways.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the customer service team in the store especially when we walked in and it was rather busy. Inez, who was about to go to lunch, said she would be more than happy to stay and help us. She took her time in explaining all our different options and left us alone so we had a chance to discuss. She provided us with detailed information about not only the different beds but our many options to compliment them. She was efficient and complete with regard to every detail. I would highly recommend this store and the bed which we are extremely happy with!

I definitely give 5 stars to customer service ! We went to the store on Thursday and had great experience with Tom ! He was very nice and professional, spent with us almost an hour, showing all different options and technologies. He explained everything about 25 year warranty and 100 sleep nights money back — he was very clear that they don’t refund delivery fee and shipping would be on us — and the refund only on mattress. He didn’t pressure us to anything as we didn’t really wanted to buy IQ upgrade or the spring box. By the end he notice that my husband works at the hospital and announced great news that healthcare professionals get additional discount — if you are one — mention it, it’s a good deal! Tom was patient, friendly and very helpful ! We still haven’t decided on mattress, but if we will — definitely will come back to Tom! Oh and if someone is thinking about upgrading to Sleep Number — go talk to this guy :)

Best purchase ever. We bought our sleep number queen bed about 6 years ago and have had amazing sleep since! No back pains. No problems with body aches if needing to be in bed for extended time due to illness. Just adjust it to your needs. We will absolutely purchase another one when the need comes.

This review is based purely on the service I received while in the store, as I haven’t gotten my bed yet. The staff is friendly and they know their product well. Robi helped me yesterday and she was great… She gave me the body scan and helped me find my sleep number and kept me within my budget, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products. Overall the BEST experience I’ve had buying a bed ever! I don’t know what other reviewers are talking about in regards to the staff being rude from my experience they were personable. I’m super excited about my new bed and I only hope my bed is as good as the buying experience.

We decided that it was time for a new mattress. The trouble is she likes soft; I prefer firm. We’ve seen plenty of commercials for the sleep number bed and the «ahhh moment». This would be the point when all is well in the world.
We were excited to visit our local Select Comfort store so off we went, prepared to be amazed and prepared to buy.
After a short wait (the store is small and busy) the sales person took us over to the demonstration model. She asked us to lie down and watch a monitor as it displayed our pressure spots. She pushed the button and the bed inflated and deflated to find the magic position. I am a tough customer having had major spinal surgery so the miracle didn’t happen for me but my lovely wife seemed pleased.
Back at the bargaining table it began to feel like I was at a shady automobile dealership. I listened to the pricing options, accessories and delivery times. Again I will state that I was unimpressed with the beds but if it makes my wife happy it makes me happy.
I asked some questions about reliability, how frequently they break down and what the most common problem is… I never got an answer. I felt these were reasonable inquiries for an expensive bed with moving parts. The sales person seemed anxious to close the deal saying that the prices were good for the current month only.
My wife heard my questions and lack of answers so she told the sales lady that we’d be back after doing some research. The sales lady then told us that the price would go up if we failed to buy right then and there.
We decided that anyone resorting to high pressure sales tactics didn’t deserve our business so we never returned.

Went in to try out their mattresses. The guy there was really rude telling me not to «play» with the bed Once I touched the remote. He kicked me, along with the others there, out because he was having problems with the computers. Me and my future husband are set on buying a sleep number bed but will definitely not be coming here for one.
