4÷4÷16 9:44 pm drive thru customer service was Amazing a young lady with purple hair very attentive awesome customer service. I give the purple haired girl 5 stars … But the food was so bad we threw it away. We purchased the $ 4 meal deal double cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, small drink … It just tasted like it had been sitting around, not fresh, the buns even had those wrinkles in them… no bueno!

This location drive thru is horrible for cars or truck to go through without messing up your tires or rims .they really need to widen the construction for cars and suv to get through without damaging customer cars. i have scrapped my rims everytime, even trying to. really not touch curb but it is just not wide enough period

So I go to this place at 8:30 and the doors are already closed. What Carla jr closes at that time! And I look online and it says 11. People in there don’t even bother to say anything they closed the drive thru window and turned away. Don’t know if I want to go back.

Dined in today for lunch, food and service was good until I ordered a shake to go and they took 10 freakin minutes! Drive through always seems slow.

I come by here at least 2 – 3 times a week. Its our ritual, i pick my man up from work and we go to Carl’s. They have great customer service skills! BUUUUUUT, something is always missing no napkins, no ketchup, today was the last straw! My man always orders 2 famous stars with NO ONION!!! And the cashier even repeated the order!!! Ughhhh!!! We get home and freakin ONIONS again! This has happened several times so I had to finally do a review. Guess its time to find another spot after work. Lame.

Great service. They know how to treat their customers and are spot on with getting the orders right. I don’t really review fast food chains based on their food but I had to give recognition to the service at this location.

Teriyaki Chicken without mayo and no cheese. Now that’s a good sandwich. Plus some Criss cut fries to go with it and a root beer. Yeah buddy. Other than that they serve Burgers. they’re o.k.
