I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. T. I had been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder pain which contributed to tons of migraine headaches and it kept me from enjoying regular activities and exercise. I am 2 months post op and the results were immediate. not only do I love the way I look but I also love the way I feel! it has truly been life changing and I am so grateful for Dr. Teitlbaum and his team who supported me through the process. I could not be happier!

My personal experience for natural BA, his specialty. I arrived at the office having already spent months researching top doctors in LA/​OC and came across Dr. T. I scheduled a consultation with Vicki the surgical planner who is absolutely incredible and answered all 500 of my emails within minutes. The office is small and gorgeous. Theres a fridge with a variety of beverages to enjoy and no wait time.
Consultation: I was brought into the exam room and sat down. Dr. T came in and sat down right beside me and introduced himself by his first name, Steve. He was very humble, confident, and caring. As a nurse I work with doctors everyday and was very impressed with his intelligence, and humility. I never felt talked down to. Everyone in the office from the secretaries to the nurses were incredible.
My preop nurse was such a sweetheart. She gave me an expensive $ 100 pill that would knock out my nausea for several days so that I would be comfortable during recovery (best money I have ever spent). She calmed my fears and She made me feel comfortable and at home.
The anesthesiologist Dr. M was amazing. She numbed my arm before inserting my IV so I would feel no pain. I was laughing as she put me to sleep with versed in my IV. She was so empathetic, kind, and humble. I work with anesthesiologists every day and have never been so impressed. I woke up in extreme pain and the post op nurse, without me having to say a word immediately fed me pain medication (expert nursing right there!) The nurse filled and placed my prescriptions in my purse so there was no need for me to stop at a pharmacy which was very convenient.
BA recovery-​Right after surgery I was able to eat a huge sandwich with no nausea and had no pain or soreness. My bandages had minimal bleeding. I had no bruising, just normal swelling. After taking a quick nap I was able to get up hit the mall and have dinner with my friend.
The 24 hour recovery was spot on! He may be more expensive 9k-​10k but his results are absolutely beautiful. I almost cried when I looked at my results I was so thrilled and impressed.

Update — 6 months post op and i still feel like this was the best decision i’ve ever made and dr teitelbaum was the right decision for me. i am a 32D and they look very proportionate on my body. my only thing is that i wish i would have gone a little bit bigger but i think every girl probably says that after actually experiencing the joy of boobs!

Dr. Teitelbaum does not care about his patients. I had breast augmentation with him last November and I should have known better when I didn’t get good vibes from his staff. Initially, he was awesome, then post-​op he became very impatient with any questions and concerns I had. I also felt very misinformed about the breast size my body could handle. I put my trust in him because he’s the expert. I’m unsatisfied with the result. They are so small and don’t look proportional to the rest of my body. I would have gone bigger if I had known I could (which he told me post-​op that I could have! Great, nice timing, Dude). When I shared with him that I was unsatisfied, he had the audacity to say I’m the ONLY one who has ever had a problem with size. YEAH RIGHT. You’re telling me that of the hundreds to thousands of women and men you augment, I’m the only one?! I don’t believe you. So arrogant. For 10k, I should be very content. I am not. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. The one star is for the surgery and recovery process. Both were very smooth. Kudos for that.

BREAST AUGMENTATION
as far as my experience goes, he is talented in what he claims to be talented for – natural looking breasts. it has been 7 months. i consider myself a patient, realistic person. there is a slighttttt, ever so slight indent on my left breast in between the breasts — but that is to be expected with surgery. overtime, i am hoping that will go down. he truly does know breasts. i got the gummy bear– they are a little firm on the bottom but overall– again, being realistic – im very pleased. he truly is known for breasts and from what i can tell most people are very happy including me. he has very little bedside manner – but karen is wonderful in taking over in that area. even though i would run for the hills from him with liposuction– i would stillll recommend him for breast augmentations. that is his specialty.
LIPOSUCTION (NOT FOR BREASTS).
I had an augmentation and lipo on my arms and legs 7 months ago.
I am very happy with the augmentation in which i gave him 5 stars.
NOW FOR WHAT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE FOR THE WORSE. I TRYYYY NOT TO REGRET ANYTHING IN MY LIFE AND ITS TAKEN A LOT OF VAIN TEARS, REFLECTING ON WHAT I WAS THINKING, AND DEPRESSION OVER AN IDIOTIC DECISION I HAVE MADE.
I trusted this doctor based on his reputation, experience, and what I thought was honesty.
I originally came in for inner and outer thigh problems, a slight arm problem, and a question about that fat around the belly button that some women have even when they are in decent shape.
I am 5’4″ and 115lbs
Not overweight by any stretch.
But always had a pretty significant contouring problem on my inner and outer thigh to the point i have avoided pants, quit ballet, no bathing suits — if you are on this site – im sure you get it — since i was a teenager.
He said don’t do the backside of the thigh because of the buttocks falling.
Dont do the stomach there is not enough fat.
I appreciated the honesty.
He said the arms there was just enough fat.
The legs are great candidates — that i had firm skin, LITTLE TO NO CELLULITE, and i was a healthy, in shape person.
He even went to say i had quite a bit of fat on top of my thigh and so that everything looks proportional –to take out the front and top of the sides of my legs (circumferential) liposuction.
Again, I appreciated the honesty– I was already spending a pretty penny– I don’t think it was about getting 3 more grand out of me – He is also considered to be a pretty conservative doctor and doesn’t appear on some makeover show every week in the hollywood circles – again, i appreciated he was about the work.
I did everything I was supposed to post op–
wore the garments correctly sized. I did all my exercises despite IMMESE PAIN!!! Not from the augmentation but from the liposuction. IMMESE PAIN!!! I felt like id been hit by an 18 wheeler. I was not told about that kind of reaction and I was caught extremely off guard.
I was so so so stunned that people had not mentioned the pain of liposuction prior to me experiencing it out of allllll the research i did. I ALSO GRILLLLEDDD him about POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS/​CONSEQUENCES OF LIPOSUCTION — DIMPLING, DENTS, RIDGES, RIPPLING— AND HE SAID THE ABOVE – YOU HAVE GOOD, FIRM SKIN – AND WAS VERY CONFIDENT I WOULDNT HAVE WHAT I JUST MENTIONED ABOVE — I INSISTED SEVERAL TIMES THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IF THERE WAS EVEN A CHANCE—
FOOLS GAME. I FEEL BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND SELF SHAMED FOR WHAT I GOT MYSELF INTO – SO IDIOTIC. Now the the pinnacle-​the pain. fine. that is surgery. and people heal differently. Now for the people heal differently part.
I now as A RESULT OF SURGERY — have ridges in my arms as soon as they are slightly bent. RIDGES! I am mortified, humiliated, and feel quite stupid from doing something that was such a slight problem to begin with. He says they will heal over the year – they have gotten better, but by no means are they gone – they were an inch deep at the start!!! massive divots in my skin and now they are down to about a quarter of an inch after 7 months.
Pretty intense. They look extremely abnormal for a girl in her 20s. As soon as my arms are slightly bent – there are the ridges.
Now, for the legs – he even quoted in my post op almost 6 months out «Oh I don’t know if there is anything we can do about that…»
My legs are FULLLLLL of what APPEARS to be cellulite/​OR SCAR TISSUE – massive massive, deep, very deep DIVOTS EVERYWHERE!!! I have only seen THIS on extremely, obese people — i have never seen anything like it on a person of a normal size – IT LOOKS BEYOND ABNORMAL–
starting right on top of my knee, whole inner thigh, outer thigh. –I WOULD TAKE MY FORMER INNER AND OUTER THIGHS ANY DAY instead of this – PLEASE THINK TWICE. THIS VERY WELL MIGHT BE IRREVERSIBLE.

I was beyond pleased with my entire surgical experience at the office of Dr.Teitelbaum. My biggest concern prior to surgery was having a quick, easy recovery. I had breast augmentation surgery at 11am, that evening I had friends over and was enjoying their company in my living room. Granted I was a bit out of it due to the pain medication and a bit sore, which is to be expected. Other than that I was able to move around, function, and take care of myself. A friend of mine recently was planning the same surgery with another Dr. I told her it was, «No sweat! Easier than a root canal!» As this was my experience. Unfortunately, her surgery went much differently. She reported she was on the couch for 72 hours, extremely uncomfortable, in pain, and needed her husbands help when going to the restroom. I did not go through any of that, and was really surprised to hear such a drastic contrast between her experience and mine. My surgical experience was great all around. From the first time I walked into the office, and continuing through post surgery. The staff is pleasant and professional, the office impressive, and Dr. Teitelbaum is clearly a skilled and talented surgeon. I would describe my breasts as perfect. The size fits my frame, they look natural, and have a good shape. In reviews I read about Dr. Teitelbaum he was revered for the speedy recovery as well as producing a natural look. His reputation is right on. I couldn’t be happier! The surgery was a breeze, and I love the results. Highly recommend him and would go back to him in the future.

Dr. Teitelbaum is extraordinary. When I looked at online before/​after samples of doctors’ work, Dr. T was the only one I even set up a consultation with — I knew then and there that he was my guy; his aesthetics matched mine. In person he was kind, thorough, and concerned; and took extensive measurements to determine the exact best size and shape for my physique. And eight months later, aside from faint (and fading) scars, you’d never know that I’d had any work done. The man is also an extremely gifted art photographer, so his ‘eye’ has everything to do with his beautiful, natural results. You needn’t look any further; Dr. T is a gem.

I had breast implants in April 2011– and after the surgery life got super hectic so 4 years later I’m finally able to sit down and write a review… plus I can comment on the long term results of his surgery too!
Dr Teitelbaum did an absolute AMAZING job! They still look natural, fit my body proportions perfectly and if you took a picture of just my chest (cutting out my legs and face ha ha!) — you’d think I was a Victoria’s Secret model… Yup, I am just some «lucky» LA gal with just «naturally» perfect breasts! Ha ha, only Dr T, my hubby and I know the truth!!!
Dr T took the time to examine my body frame and tell me what would look beautiful in a natural way– not like some blow up doll fake boobs– and he came through with EXCEPTIONAL results!!! And years later they still look perfect!
I absolutely adore Dr Teitelbaum –he is TRULY an artist!!! You’re very privileged if you get him to do your surgery cuz he truly is an artist who transformed my body into what I’ve always dreamed of!!!

After waiting a decade to fix the diastasis I got from having two very large babies, I am thrilled with the results of my recent abdominoplasty. I consulted with eight different plastic surgeons before choosing Dr. Teitelbaum, and now that I’m on the other side of the surgery, I can only be very thankful to have found him. He listened to me carefully, and gave me exactly what I wanted. He is serious, very smart, and surrounds himself with excellent staff. If you want a great surgeon with a laser focus, he’s the guy. He’s also very concerned with pain control. I experienced virtually no pain after the surgery. Some discomfort, of course, but nothing bad. Recovery was considerably less uncomfortable than my c-​sections. I also highly recommend Serenity for after care, especially if you have young children. I stayed two days, and actually enjoyed every minute despite being post-​op. It was so comfortable and relaxing – a great way to start on the road to recovery.

Absolute most arrogant doctor I ever seen. He just gave his 10 min. and charged $ 200. He didn’t gave the answer of my questions and told me check his website to get the answers of my questions.

I can’t rave more about Dr Teitelbaum and his practice. I’m so please with how smoothly everything went. Everyone from Donna at the front desk to the last Nurse who wheeled me out (never caught her name as I was still a bit groggy) was phenomenal. Dr Teitelbaum really listens carefully to what you want and gives you exactly that. My one pointer is if you want natural looking Breast listen to him on the sizing! He knows best. Karen was my favorite. She calmed my nerves and made me feel like I was talking to a good friend. She made me feel so comfortable and answered promptly to all my questions. So if you’re looking to get something done… Look no further. Dr Teitelbaum is the best and only choice. :)
Oh I wanted to add recovery is really as quick as he says. I was out to dinner that night and didn’t miss a beat taking care of my kiddos.

My experience with Dr. T was above and beyond all my expectations! His work is phenomenal, gorgeous & incredibly natural. He is truly an artist! Dr T. made me feel absolutely comfortable, and was patient with me when I wanted yet another consultation to decide between just a lift (his recommendation) vs. implant. I opted to do the lift, and I could not be happier. He was absolutely spot on in understanding what I was after. Every encounter in the process was super professional & truly a pleasure. His entire staff was amazing. The attention to detail, from pre surgical preparation to the follow up, all made for a great experience. I highly recommend!

Sooo pleased with my results!!! I went in with Dr. T for my 2^nd breast revision on September 10, 2014 due to a left capsular contracture that had been revised once before on October 2010, by the same accredited and famous Beverly Hills surgeon who originally augmented my breasts 12 years ago. My right saline breast had always been amazing, but lefty was always a disappointment): I had my saline smooth round implants inserted thru the areola, submuscular the first time and the first revision, but lefty continued to harden even with an instructed 5 times a day massage.
After heaps of research on the best plastic surgeon revisionist specializing in capsular contracture all over the USA, I narrowed down my search to Dr. T and scheduled a consultation. After discussing what to do differently inorder to prevent capsular contracture from happening a third time, we agreed on silicone, smooth round implants, sub muscular, I wanted to go a little bigger while still maintaining a natural look (my body is my tool so I wanted to look proportionate– increased 100ccs in each implant), insertion under the breast at the crease, having drains, and using straticce (cut in two so there would be symmetry as well as Dr. T wanted to make best use of the pig tissue and my money). It has been 4 months and so far so good! My breasts bounce and feel & look natural! I was able to begin exercising again after only 3 weeks as opposed to 4 which was a huge exciting surprise!
Morning of the surgery, I asked for lipo in my arm pit since he was in the area and I was under, so he agreed to take some out for a small fee. The medical staff, Karen Villanueva, was my fav and biggest supporter quick to call me and ask how I was doing as well as always answering my emails and returning my calls promptly and agreeing to see me as often as I wanted (I attended the office often during my first 3 weeks so as to make sure my new twins were healing properly and sufficiently b/​c I didn’t want to have a 4^th surgery on my breasts); the front desk always greeted me on a first name basis and had refreshments and great reading material apart from cosmetic surgeries.
The only negative I have is parking is not validated and once I was paid up & surgery had been complete, I had emailed financial consultant twice asking an insurance policy/​question as well as called and she never replied. Otherwise, she was very helpful in prepping my blood work, mammogram, payment plan, and connecting with previous surgeon for my records and trying to accommodate my swift specific surgery date!
I highly suggest, if you are looking to get augmentation for the first time or looking for a revision specialist, Dr. T is your man! You will get what you pay for, so be prepared to pay alot but you will get perfection, so don’t settle for anyone less! For my future cosmetic needs, I will always consult with Dr. T especially when it comes to my breasts!

I interviewed 3 different surgeons (general surgeon, female surgeon and Dr. Teitelbaum. I did a lot of research on all 3 — Dr. Teitelbaum had by far the best credentials. I was interested in interviewing a female surgeon since I support women in the medical field. Unfortunately the office nor the consult gave me a feeling of confidence or comfort. The doctor seemed scattered and a bit high strung. It made me feel even more stressed out than when I went in. I had the «opposite» experience when I went to my consultation with Dr. Teitelbaum. His staff was very friendly. Dr. Teitelbaum was very personable and listened intently to what my concerns were around my stomach and also my concerns around how another surgery would impact my family (I have two young kids) and me professionally (I work full time). After he heard all my concerns and he asked me a lot of questions he gave me his recommendation on what I would need to do to meet my expectations. He told me the must do list, the let’s wait and see until your body normalizes since I was still nursing and the can’t do all at once list. His recommendation was definitely not cut and paste — in fact, quite the opposite. He wrote notes during the consult and at the end records verbally your personal situation, expectations and what was agreed upon together in terms of a solution. I was VERY impressed because he didn’t just hear that I wanted a flat stomach, he heard why and what made my situation unique. I didn’t get this at all in either consultation with the general surgeon and or the other plastic surgeon I had interviewed. Dr. Teitelbaum also said to call at any time with questions or come into his office at any time with questions. My 2^nd consult with Dr. Teitelbaum was just as informative and professional and my husband who came with me definitely agreed that we couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon. Dr. Teitelbaum was great about asking my husband if he had any questions regarding the procedure, the recovery or the results. Last but not least the surgery… The entire staff was more than excellent. The pre-​op nurse was great about being available to answer any questions. I thought I was getting sick the week prior and she was great about informing me about the medications I could and could not take. The anesthesiologist called me the evening before to check in and make sure that I was doing okay. The operating nurse was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was great and Dr. Teitelbaum did an amazing job. He recommended that I stay at a recovery center for two days knowing that it would be hectic with two babies at home and the first two days are critical in terms of recovery. He visited me in the recovery center and was available for any questions. The recovery center was amazing — I didn’t want to leave! My new tummy is life changing! I feel great in clothes and I just rocked a bikini for the first time. I am 10 weeks post op and every day gets better and better. It is still improving which I can’t even believe! Dr. Teitelbaum and his staff are 5 stars across the board. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor or staff.
Update: 1 ½ years post op… I am still loving the work Dr. Teitalbaum performed on my stomach. Over a year later it feels and looks amazing! He emailed me at 6 months and 1 year to check in and see how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Dr. Teitalbaum cares about his patients and his work! Thank you Dr. T!

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. T for a consultation back in Oct 2013. Prior to setting up the appointment, I did lots of research and comparisons of several notable plastic surgeons in the area. I was impressed with Dr. T’s approach, accolades, and qualifications.
Im always skeptical of professionals using celebrities to give the impression that they are skilled and qualified. I was happy to see that Dr. T did not show off any celebrity photos, in hopes to win over my business.
He is straight to the point, and I admire that he did not try to upsell me. He gave me his honest and professional opinion, without any pressure to talk about any other problems areas I did not bring up.
I healed quickly and did not endure the pain I thought would be associated with the type of procedure I selected. My results are extremely natural, and many of my family members couldn’t really tell the difference.
Very happy to have Dr. T as my surgeon, and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Teitelbaum is awesome. I was referred by a good friend and could not be happier. I had breast implants in for over twenty years and just wanted them out. Every other doctor told me I could not just remove them, but that I would have to put new implants back in. Dr. Teitelbaum not only removed them but drained them first so I would know what I was going to look like without implants. I just got home and I am so happy with the results.
