Customer service is tied for the worst I have ever gotten.
After 13 months (one over the warranty, of course), my expensive Moto X stopped taking a charge. I was told it would cost me $ 125 to fix. Okay, highway robbery, but okay, its better than $ 500 for a new one. The put a hold on my deposit at the bank and said a new phone would be sent.
Two weeks later, no phone and nothing about the order in my account.
Went online to chat with Motorolla. Went through the usual hoops. Said I would have to be called and connected with the «escalation team». They called me and connected me. Just as the guy starts to speak the line is disconnected. Damn. Call again, go through the same ten minute procedure. The same thing happens in exactly the same way! Call again… same exact thing! One last time– again! Call again and refuse to be transferred. Guy tells me he will get info from escalation and email me. Never heard from him again. Over an hour of work lost and major levels of frustration.
Three accidental disconnects stretches credulity and breaks it. This was intentional. They lie and lie and lie. Motorola has now become famous for it.
$ 500 phone is worthless.
Will never ever buy another Motorola product.

Worst customer service on the face of the planet. Transferred six times to get a minor problem taken care of and still no resolution… the post office is better when it comes to problem resolution .what a joke!
