Spring Valley was started by Dr. Lauren Stewart in 1992. As a mother and an active memeber of her community, she was determined to create more than a typical medical practice, but a warm, welcome and caring vaterinary clinic. Our clients, and patients alike, are more like family and we look forward to every visit.

We started going to Spring Valley vet last August when we got our puppy Daisy and we’ve been nothing but impressed with the entire staff. To date, we’ve had to visit for regular ‘puppy’ check-​ups, she was spay back in November, and have had a few ‘sick’ visits (bladder infection, etc.). You can tell that Dr. Stewart and her team really LOVE these animals, and want the best care for them. They listen to you and provide the treatment necessary for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone take their pet here if they want top notch quality care!

Best Veterinary Service Around. We have lived in the area with pets for over 25 years and have been to many area veterinarians and Dr. Stewart is most compassionate and knowledgeable we have ever had. Have sent friends there after their dogs were misdiagnosed and they also couldn’t be more pleased. They don’t over bill or suggest expensive treatments your pet doesn’t need. You will not be disappointed with Spring Valley.

They are amazing! My dog is very mischievous and they all know her here. They have helped me out so much and are very understanding and accommodating.

We moved out the the Schaumburg area in 2002 and have been going to Spring Valley ever since. I love the doctors here! They are all super great, the staff is so friendly and ready to work with you. Plus they love Spike! Everyone goes nuts over him everytime we visit. I’ve only have one experience where I had to wait for an hour before being seen but it was an semi-​emergency visit where they sqeezed us in and it was right before a holiday.

I love this place. All of the staff is super friendly and tell me how adorable my cat is and she’s the prettiest thing they have ever seen. They probably say that to everyone but its nice to hear even though my cat IS the prettiest cat ever!
The prices are the best around. I used to live in Schaumburg and I called around for prices of all the area vets and found that they are the lowest. I live in Oak Park now but still take my cat all the way to Schaumburg.
The only thing I dont like is that they always make me wait forever. So if you make an appointment for a checkup expect it to take up a small chunk of your day. They made me wait so long one time they took 10% off my bill. Its things like that that keep me coming back.
