History

Established in 2011.

Formerly located across from the Forum Shopping Center in Selma, RE/​MAX Corridor is now located on the Northbound frontage road of Interstate 35 in Schertz. Our white stone building was originally built as a Model Home for a Custom Builder. We have over 20 agents that concentrate on the I-​35 Corridor between San Antonio and New Braunfels, but are licensed in Texas, and can help you with your housing needs throughout the state! Business Owner

Tim & Nancy Brown are the Broker/​Owners of RE/​MAX Corridor. Tim retired after 28 years of service with the United States Air Force, and they have been licensed REALTORS® in Texas since 2003, and opened RE/​MAX Corridor in 2011. They are not only active with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® but both of the local Chambers of Commerce; Schertz Chamber of Commerce and the TRi-​County Chamber of Commerce,(Formerly known as Randolph Metrocom Chamber of Commerce). Tim is also the President of the Economic Development Corporation of the city of Schertz, and President of the Randolph Area Real Estate Association.
