The doctor seemed knowledgeable but the staff, especially in medical records and the phoenix answering service, are terrible. My wife originally went here for what we thought was a torn retina but turned out to be a neurological problem after testing. My wife had an emergency appointment the next day at 7am with a neurologist who needed to see all the records from the tests performed here. I called and left messages all day requesting the records but no one returned my calls. Finally at 3pm I called one last time and reached someone at the phoenix office who said that everyone had left for the day at the scottsdale office. I couldn’t believe that they shut down at 3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday so I drove there to check — and sure enough they were closed! At 3pm on a Tuesday. Now my wife is going blind and the neurologist won’t have any info to go by tomorrow, while the next available opening would be months away.
