We specialize in patents and only patents. Integrity Patent Group offers patent services to first-​time inventors, small businesses, and companies of varying sizes. Our group is ready to intake and research new ideas for inventions, prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO in an expedient manner, and defend our applications during patent prosecution. We offer very competitive flat fees on our patent services (such as provisional patents, utility patents, design patents, and office actions). To further service our clients, we can create top of the line 3D graphics and video for producing «virtual prototypes» to bring inventions to life.

History

Established in 2009.

In 2009, a collaboration began among a band of bright and brilliant professionals, each with unique gifts aptly suited to helping clients succeed in the wide world of patents, and each having high integrity. This collaboration has since grown into Integrity Patent Group comprising, in highly functional combination, knowledgeable patent practitioners licensed before the USPTO, engineers with specialties in fields of mechanical, electrical, software, and even aeronautics, diligent patent consultants who thoroughly research «prior art» of new ideas and adeptly prepare patents of quality, and tremendously gifted artists who bring inventions to life.

Business Owner

Jeffrey Herman («Jeff»), a native New Yorker and licensed attorney, started his career in the world of intellectual property as a patent consultant for a nationwide-​serving patent consulting group in 2009. Jeff decided a good way to use his Bachelor’s Degree from Queens College, besides going to law school, was to write about people’s creative ideas. Having always had a passion for innovation and invention, Jeff quickly discovered a unique skill in being able to combine his ‘colloquial nature’ with his strong command of the English language and his analytical side developed in law school to craft and prepare strategically strong and meaningful patents for over 200 clients. Having made connections with some truly talented people in the realm of intellectual property during and beyond law school, Jeff formed Integrity Patent Group PLC to service clients locally and nationwide. Integrity is managed by Edwin Wold, registered patent agent & mechanical engineer.
