Mr. Herman artfully utilizes his Bachelors Degree in English and his Law Degree with a concentration in contracts and intellectual property to the advantage of his clients. He has expertise crafting license agreements, preparing patent and trademark applications, and navigating the USPTO system toward successfully obtaining valuable intellectual property rights for his clients.
