As a published author and experienced trainer, I founded 3D Total Health understanding every client measures our success. And measurable success is what we do! Our philosophy is simple: be engaged, focus on form, learn movements and nutrition, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. The focus is on creating, tracking, progressin g, and improving health and wellness.

I’ve been fortunate to be a part of some awesome teams. I’ve worked in the NFL, 3D motion labs, schools, and with many individuals gaining experience along the way. I’ve coordinated with PhD’s, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Strength Coaches, and 3D is the culmination of this experience and knowledge.

Every trainer at 3D has a science/​athletic background, and we all practice what we preach!
