Business Owner
Chef Jacob has moved around a lot in his life spending his young life in the USA and then teens in England. After studying classic french cooking and pastry in London, Chef Jacob worked in several well established restaurants in the UK, before moving with his growing family to the USA. He then spent time in Florida at Café Lurcat before moving across country to settle his family in Seattle where he spent two years as Sous Chef at Capital Hill restaurant Olivar. Now bringing his love of food and flavor into his own business Blackboard Bistro creates a casual atmosphere where you can experience a constantly changing menu with local and seasonal influences.
