Custom Cleaning

I have been using custom cleaning for many years to clean my house every two weeks. Geri Stener is very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. I have had many different cleaners from her company clean for me and they’ve been wonderful. If ever there is the slightest problem Geri resolves it quickly. I love that they use natural products too.

I contacted Geri Steiner with Custom Cleaning.
From the moment I met her I felt good, she was very nice, extremely helpful.
My home was more than a handful. I had let go of deep cleaning far too long and it was beyond dirty. Rather than feel embarrassed about it, she made me feel
so comfortable to discuss everything I was concerned about.
She provided a lot of great tips and offered advise should I choose not to go with Custom Cleaning. This, I was so surprised.
She didn’t try to SELL me on her services.
I mentioned I needed to think about it and she was so OK with that too.
The next morning I scheduled some time she came later that day. Due to the amount of filth I was living in, I knew it would take some time and at least a couple of other people to assist her.
I completely trust Custom Cleaning in my home so much that I simply left, got out of the way and let her handle everything. It was great !
I could just relax…
A couple hours later returning to a very noticeable difference. plus, she uses natural cleaning products. these were so refreshing unlike the traditional ones that use harsh toxic chemicals. Another HUGE PLUS!!!
Within a very reasonable time frame my house was back to the way it looked when I first moved in! I am so happy with Custom Cleaning ;
especially Geri Steiner, she runs a great business in helping people.
I signed up for her weekly and monthly services which are so reasonable…
I love Custom Cleaning. they gave me my life back.

We had asked for move-​in cleaning. During our initial walk thru, I pointed out things that should be cleaned (sweeping the floor, cleaning out the cabinets, etc,). She also mentioned additional items she expected she could clean. She estimated it would take around 6 – 8 hours to get everything done. Due to scheduling conflicts, my husband had to do the final walk thru. and she told him she had worked on the house for 8hrs. I came in later to check and noticed our first floor entryway was not swept up. There was still dirt and pine needles on the floor. There was still dirt on the sides of the oven. They did not dust on top of cabinets, etc. The kitchen cabinets and bathtubs look fine but I suspect that they didnt take 6−8hrs to do the job. We felt like the work was definitely not worth $ 280. I would only recommend if you have time to frequently check on the work that is being done.

I called them for a move-​in clean. Geri immediately responded to my request, she/​they were easy to schedule, and did an amazing job. Others noticed. I would definitely call them again.
Update: they lost my house key and wouldn’t say that’s what happened. They asked for another key several times. I would have been okay with it if they had simply offered to pay to have the locks replaced and apologized. Needless to say, we have moved on.

Truly custom. My home was transformed. I will be calling them again.
