My son received a birthday gift from the WJF Store, which he preferred to exchange for a different kind of juggling ball. I emailed the company, and days later received a response informing me that exchanges can only be made before the product is shipped. They offered no solution to my problem. The company has no published phone number and has stopped responding to my emails. The gift is useless to my son and I am stuck with no solution.
