Elite Puppy Party @ Rover HQ

I know it’s been said before, but this was so fun! It was my first Elite event (I came as Jessica R.‘s +1…& +dog) and I had no idea what to expect. Luckily everyone was super friendly as soon as we walked in. Cocktails, snacks, and oh yeah CUTE DOGS! Are you describing my dream party?! My only complaint is there wasn’t an opportunity to lay down and be covered in excited puppies, but hey maybe that’s just me? I usually try to travel with my dog but it’s not always possible (or sane). I will definitely be trying a sitter from
next time my dude and I need some time away from the kids. Oh and Grendel says thanks for the ice cream!

This was an amazing event! As a avid Dog lover it was so much fun to see everyone bring there pups to the party. I especially loved all the corgi’s there. A lot of fun a great thing to see if you were not busy playing with all the puppies. Taking photos with puppies, great grey hound drinks, a puppy kissing contest and event a obstacle course at the end.
I was so happy to see all the treats and goodie bags that were being given out to the dogs. Such a great way to meet owners with dogs, and some great potential sitters their as well.
A very well planned a event with dogs and food, can’t wait if they host another Unilocal event!

Katy, you are so smart, how did you know to have a EE that included all the things I love??? This was definitely the best Unilocal event EVER. Seriously, to top this, you’re going to need to bring baby koalas to the next one.
I also loved that I got to bring a +1, so I came with my bestie (Ashley C.) and her muppet dog-​baby Grendel because my dog-​baby Woody had to stay home as I didn’t think all the other dogs would appreciate his high energy 75 lb dog body lunging at them with excitement.
It was also awesome that they shared all the details of the services they offer without it feeling like a time share sales pitch («come to this free dinner, just listen to our high-​pressure sales pitch!»). I’ll definitely consider finding a sitter on Rover next time I go out of town instead of harassing my co-​workers into dog sitting. Oh, and the doggy goody bags were also appreciated… Woody has already chewed the tennis ball to bits and the cute little rover towel resides in my car to wipe off dirty puppy paws post hiking time.

I was so excited to be able to bring Luna to her first Unilocal event! She was a little shy at first but warmed up towards the end of the party. I’d like to think that Luna had a fun time! She loved the doggy ice cream!
There was plenty of stuff for the humans to do as well. There was lots of food and drinks (the greyhound was perfect!). The pizzas from Il Fornaio were delicious! The photo booth was fun and the goody bags were cool. Can’t have too many poopy bags!
We got an introduction to Rover and the services that they offer. I will definitely keep them in mind when both my sister and I have to be out of town. The staff at Rovers is really friendly and they’re all dog lovers!

I love these puppy parties! It’s a great play date for my little one. I was very happily surprised at the assortment of food this time and that the cocktail wasn’t deathly strong! Carmilla had so much fun running around with all the dogs that she didn’t enjoy the treats so much there, but had a blast playing with her new stuff when we got home.
The last puppy party found us a new vet in our neighborhood that we LOVE. I expect the same of Rover’s next time I have to go out of town without her. We can’t wait for the next one!

One of the best Unilocal events EVER! Koji had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the other dogs, treats, doggie ice cream, photo booth and swag bag from the generous folks at Rover. On the people side it was very cool to meet some of the employees of Rover and get to know their business. This was the first time I’ve heard of their service so I’m looking forward to trying them out. I’m sure Koji is REALLY looking forward to it too!

I am in agreement this was honestly one of the best Unilocal events I’ve attended. It was well organized, casual, fun, warm and informative. A homerun for attendees, fur children, Unilocal and for Rover. They did a great job intermingling and telling us about Rover without being sales pitchy at ALL. I will definitely consider using Rover now and I am so glad Katy decided to do this event because I had no idea they existed.

I was beyond thrilled when I heard that Katy set up another Puppy Party! I had not heard of Rover, but I figured if they were willing to host 50ish Unilocalers and 25 of their dogs, they had to be something special. The event had plenty of food and drinks for the Unilocalers as well as a bunch of swag for our pups and even sent us home with doggie bags full of awesome Rover gifts. I loved the photo booth, everyone got fun photos with their pooches, so adorable!
I am happy that I got to know the folks at Rover and the services that they have to offer. The staff was friendly and has genuine love for dogs, I’ll look them up when I am ready for my next vacation.

A bunch of cute dogs, treats and doggie ice cream, free Rover and Unilocal doggie swag, a pup photo booth, and food and drinks for the humans in attendance too? It was as nice a time as all that makes it sound. Lots of dogs, lots of smiles. The Rover staff was great; I love the way my photo turned out; and Tesla still isn’t even sure what just happened, but nonetheless wants more of it, and probably a third doggie ice cream.
