Unfortunately, I have purchased product from Greener lifestyles. I was originally drawn to them as they were a small business(always like to support the little guy) and the employees seemed willing to work with us/be helpful and were nice. I was also drawn to the general idea of eco-friendly renewable resources. Over time however, it has become terribly obvious that they are incapable of running their business in a proper manner. They don’t return phone calls… ever, and always seem to have some sort of excuse as to why they cannot answer a question or simply order a product for you. They always have to check on any product they carry, as if they are completely unfamiliar with their own inventory/products, and then promise to call you back… In my case, these excuses have turned from incompetence to blatant lies from the management several times. Unless you are buying a product off the floor that you can take home with you at that moment… run, run far and fast.

The mission of this sustainable home furnishings store is very admirable and the products displayed in their small storefront are definitely gorgeous. You will, however, pay premium prices for some of their products. They had a beautiful and unique wood room divider I really lust for but would have to win the lottery to afford on my modest budget. Same goes for a comfy and modern chaise lounge. They had a great modern chair that was definitely less than many other places. Some of the flooring seemed quite in line with prices at other places, and I really loved touching the bamboo products. Considering the fact that these are sustainable products made with care and concern for the environment and human health I would have to recommend anyone with a sufficient budget that includes more than just the low end of IKEA to get their furniture and flooring here.
