It’s ok for quick pizza, a bit expensive. Really good crisp crust. Pesto a bit bland. Pepperoni was better. Busy with locals so I guess they like it. Plus side is fast and convenient. If you are outside and hungry go in! Wouldn’t go out of my way though! I consider it a bit better than average.

I absolutely love Pagliacci, so when I was in town I stopped for a take out since we don’t have this pizza place near me. I ordered and then was told it would take 20 min… really? For take out? So as I wait. I notice that all of the pizza makers are making pizza without gloves. seriously yuck! I’m really disappointed that they do not use proper handling safety especially with food. The only person who had gloves on was a gal sweeping the floors, I can only hope she changes the ones she has on when she’s done and before going back to making pizza. Really hoping that the germs and everything else that infected my pizza burns off in the cooling process. $ 30 for a pizza I will not be eating now. Seriously disappointed.

I was hesitant to place my first pizza delivery order since reviews are not exactly positive across the pizza options in this town. But Pagliacci was awesome! Brooklyn Bridge and Chicken Primo were great — perfect crust, flavorful toppings, delivered hot. Awesome. Only weird thing was guy taking my order. Really slow. Hopefully next time will be simpler and faster. Note — they don’t take Discover. Even though it’s the card that pays you back.

My husband and I are new to Seattle and we’re having to find new favorite restaurants and services… Didn’t realize how much trial and error was involved. We’ve been testing out a lot of new places and it is so sad when you just know that you’ll never come back here again… I am so excited about finding this place! Their service is awesome, so friendly… Both when you call and the delivery driver! The pizza is awesome! Crust is very yummy and sauce has a great flavor as well! Very fresh tasting toppings… So excited that we’ve found a great pizza place! Will definitely be a loyal customer at Pagliacci’s!

I had initially written a 2 star review for this place based on a pretty bad experience the first time I had Pagliacci Pizza. I’m happy to say that I can say that was probably an off day. I ended up having various pizzas from here over the last 2 months at some office and building get togethers and they were all really good. Last night I ordered a half fresh veggie and half south philly from here. The pizza was really fresh and flavorful. One of the few places where the crust was also nicely seasoned and tasted nice. They delivered warm and fresh in 20 minutes and it was nice to actually have a delicious pizza at home for a change. My only complaint is that it’s a little on the Pricey side for delivery pizza. Now that I’ve new found confidence in them, I will surely be ordering Pizza from here again. I’m always very glad when a restaurant I disliked proves me wrong and ups their game. Good job Pagliacci.

Pagliaccio salad is delicious. This is my favorite pizza in the United States. Haven’t yet strayed from the pure excellence of the cheese slice.

I used to live a few blocks from the QA Pagliacci and got pretty spoiled being able to walk up and get a slice and salad whenever I wanted. I had never bought anything for delivery since they were so close, but I recently moved to the other side of Queen Anne, so not within walking distance anymore, so decided to have it delivered and I have to say, I am totally impressed with the level of customer service these guys have when it comes to delivery. I have now ordered it 3 times in about 4 weeks. I know it’s just a computer system they use, but it is SO nice when you call and they say«do you want the same order you had last time?» and repeat it for you to be sure. I always ask for extra dressing for the salad and they always ask, «do you want your usual extra dressing» and«do you want to use the card ending in XXXX» I love they keep everything on file and they are so courteous. I always end up altering everything by adding or subtracting something and they have always been super accommodating and not annoyed with me using the menu as a starting point :) They show up when they say they will and the driver reads off the order to you to be sure they got everything and then opens the box to be sure you are happy with it. their pizza is 4 stars, their salads are 5 stars and I definitely give this place 5 stars for their delivery and customer service. Only slight complaint is sometimes the toppings are sparse when you order a pizza with only one or two toppings (btw. The customer service food quality at the restaurant is great as well)

This place has quality pizza and quality service. They repeated my order back to me on the phone, provided plates and napkins because I was at a hotel, and they gave me a receipt on delivery. Who does that?! Pagliaccis does! The pizza was quality and tastes very good. We had the Brooklyn Bridge. The price is a bit much though.

For those of you who like their spicy salumi pizza don’t get tempted by their seasonal Summer Salami– With Salumi salame and roasted tomatoes pizza. It was very disappointing. It was soso while the year round spicy salumi pizza is devine!

When I think of my most memorable customer service experiences I can say Pagliacci is one of the top! They are always prompt, friendly, helpful and not to mention their pizza is delish! For example, one time I was out of town but my husband was ordering a pizza and needless to say I wasn’t answering my phone to let them in(I was in another state). They took it upon themselves to call the alternate number and eventually they got the pizza delivered! The best part is they were extremely understanding about the whole deal. It’s times like that that keep me coming back! Of course, there is the matter of their awesome pizza! I love their sauce, not sure what they use to make it taste so great? The biggest piece of advice I have is to inquire what the frequent pie-er deal is, sometimes it’s free extras or deals like buy one, get one soda!

We were visiting Seattle from L.A., and after a day of schlepping around and sight-seeing in the pouring rain, we were wet, cold, and hungry. We decided to order pizza and received a recommendation for Pagliacci from the front desk. I must say, we were NOT disappointed. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly and helpful staff, both on the phone and from the delivery person from a pizza establishment. Our food arrived on time(45 mins, in a big hotel, on a Friday night!), hot, and was very delicious. We tried the spicy pepperoni and a special pizza they had with provolone and mozzarella cheeses, caramelized onions, and tomatoes — simply delicious. The house salad was also a hit. We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!

Seattle, you don’t know how good you’ve got it. There are two levels of pizza in my book: delivery and eat in/take away. As far as I’m concerned, there are different standards for both. Standards for eat-in being far higher: think Little Star or Pizzeria Delfina from San Francisco, Via Tribunali in Seattle. We are talking about a truly special pizza, folks. My standards for pizza delivery have always been lower, because I want it quick and easy. And let’s face it, maybe a movie and pajamas are involved. Seattlites, the great thing about Pagliacci is you can wear your pajamas AND eat good pizza. Do you know how rare that is? After living in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Seattle, I can attest to the fact that finding good pizza delivery even in great food cities is a difficult thing. So when I don’t want to take off my slippers, I am usually not expecting to enjoy farm fresh ingredients and charcuterie from one of the best place on the West Coast(Salumi) Are you serious? You mean I also get great customer service? Really? I’m wearing my pajamas AND I get to buy pizza from a company that worries about recycling their pizza boxes? Wow, did I just score or what? We love the seasonal pizzas, the Pagliacci salad, and the Brooklyn Bridge. All thin crust, New York style. Come on Seattle, put on your pajamas. And admit it. You’ve got it good.

Hurts to give 3 stars. But seriously Pags is way better during the lunch hour during the week than 7pm on Sunday… this review is for the one on Lower Queen Anne.

Pretty average pizza. Pepperoni was incredibly greasy. On the plus side, I will say that the crust is fairly thin.

i really like this place. i stopped in today for lunch and orderd 2 pieces of pizza(one was classic cheese, the other was a quattro something w/tamatoes and pepperoni) i also had the pesto pasta and i must say it was pretty tasty. I thought the pizza was good of good quality and not to greesy. I also liked that the pesto pasta was not salty. It cost me $ 14.00 for two pieces of pizza, salad, and a drink but it was good so i’m not complaing. I will come back

We just moved here from Chicago… and while Chicago is famous for deep dish(we gasp) prefer NY style! And finally after months of searching here in Seattle we have found it. Pagliacci Pizza(though a chain) is delicious and has the perfect chewy crust and NY style that we prefer… I know Mad Pizza is supposedly fantastic but that is what we have been eating and no longer… Everyone should try Pagliacci Pizza! They are reasonably priced and fast and the staff couldn’t be more friendly!!! They also have amazing bread sticks and will bring you gelato… what more can one ask for! We are Pagliacci Fans all the way!!!

In the 14 years I have lived here, I have NEVER had a wrong order here, never had a problem and always loved the customer service. That said, they do skimp on the toppings, but other than that there are no problems. We usually end up getting pepperoni, feta and roasted garlic. It’s delicious, and for some odd reason, garlic is the ONLY thing they don’t skimp on. I love Pagliacci and I do believe it is the best pizza in Seattle, for pizza of this kind. If you like deep dish, pass on this place.

I have to harp on their stellar customer service again. They really go ABOVEANDBEYOND. This isn’t compared to other pizza joints, this is compare to other businesses. And again, the pizza is delicious. On the delivery issue mentioned above, I got it slightly wrong, I just can’t pick up the small version of my favorite pizza at the location. But I can pick up a medium and large, if I want.

Seattle, you have GOT to be joking? Is this the best you can do for pizza? I’ve heard mixed reviews of Pagliacci. Some people have said it’s one of the best pizza chains in Seattle. My fiancé, on the other end, said it was a «salt lick with a side of grease». So I decided to try it. A salt lick with a side of grease would have had FAR more flavour, and been more enjoyable. We’ll start with the toppings. Which were somewhat okay, but skimpy. Seriously skimpy. Like the person who put it together had an allergy to pepperoni, mushrooms, and garlic, and was going to keel over in a fit if they had to remain in contact with any of them. The mushrooms and garlic actually had some flavour, but the red-dyed cardboard that they called pepperoni was pretty much added as an afterthought. As in «oops, we forgot to put some on, we’ll sprinkle some on it after it comes out of the oven and call it good» Or maybe they were just cheap. I’ll vote for cheap. The crust was nicely thin, but that pretty much ended it’s positive traits. Dry and tough, yet curiously tasteless, it was less a pizza crust and more an exercise for your jaws and teeth. The breadsticks said on the menu«fresh herbs and cheese finished with sea salt. Served with marinara sauce» Sounds good. What I got were some over baked chew toys, with no salt to be seen or tasted. They may have been stored in a room for a week or two after baking with something that may have had cheese in it at one point, but that’s the closest they came to cheese. As for fresh herbs, I’ll admit the herbs might have been fresh at one point. That point being when some primitive hunter-gatherer found the herbs wild before the start of agriculture and civilization. They certainly weren’t fresh anytime this decade, and I have my doubts about the last few millenniums… The red chunky water with some ketchup added were the perfect complement to a breadstick that overall bore a very strong kinship to a stale Milk Bone in taste and texture. Over all, I got the impression that Pagliacci should consider branching out. Roof shingles might be a better use for the pizza crust. Or maybe floor tile. I’d say the breadsticks would be better used as a dog toy, but I like dogs.
