SNIFF K9’s began in Massachusettes. The owner brought years of previous business experience to the company. After many successful years of operating exclusive Day Spa’s he decided to change industries in 2009. He launched the company shortly afterwards. Offering customers the newest and most effective method for detecting, preventing and eliminating bed bugs as well as training for new bed bug canine team certifications. SNIFF K9’s also launched the first National Bed Bug Free Certification Program for the hospitality industry certifying hotels are bed bug free year round.

Susan operates the Washington State location. She brings over 14 years of business experience to her position. She has worked as a consultant for businesses and customers. Through listening and learning she has been able to learn what they need and provide the right products and services for them. Committed to her customers she will go to any length to surpass their expecations. Her focus is on being a knowledgeable, skilled and courtesy professional. Susan is always open to customer feedback as well. Her focus is to provide customers with the best services in the industry.
