The SnapBar

These guys are PERFECT! We had them for our wedding a couple weeks ago and from beginning to end they were flawless. I had been trolling the internet for a photobooth company, and I reached out to them because they had the most well done website out there, along with top notch reviews. When I originally sent my inquiry, they were very responsive and very clear in what they had to offer and how it would potentially work. My biggest concern in hiring a photobooth company, was would it look cheesy since I was having a Black Tie/​formal wedding. But it was not cheesy at all and it was an absolute hit. The attendant came dressed up (to match the wedding dress code) and he was on point in every aspect of his job. The gold sequin backdrop was sexy and sophisticated and the pictures turned out better than I could ever have expected.
I also want to be clear on the fact that The SnapBar did NOT ask or force me to write this review. I was so impressed and happy with their services that I wanted everyone to know.
Price: They were very reasonable and competitive
Punctuality: They were always quick to respond on email and they were there early for the wedding to set up!
Picture Quality: Flawless!
Booth Aesthetics: It looked amazingly classy!

I’m not sure when and how the photo booth craze started but nowadays your wedding is defined by the photo booth you have — it is no longer an add but now a requirement.
I scoured Unilocal looking for the perfect photo booth set up — I didn’t want to be limited in how many photos my guests could take and I wanted to make sure that they could take the prints home with them as well.
SnapBar was able to provide that and so so much more. The SnapBar website was easier to navigate than most — they lay out all of their photo options and thoroughly explain their packages and their services.
I sent in an inquiry and Michael and I quickly got to talking. He was so easy to work with and was very patient for my millions of questions. I ultimately went with the Ultimate package that included 4 hours of booth time, an attendant, a social station that allowed my guests to immediately share and send their photos on social media, a customizable backdrop and best of all unlimited printing! What I appreciated the most was that there were a few add ons that we decided we did not need and he restructured the package accordingly so we weren’t paying for things we didn’t need!
They have two different layouts of photos that you can choose from — the traditional photo strip or the 4×6. They have a variety of different boarders to choose from and if you are creative (or in my case have creative friends) you can design your own logos!
Michael kept in constant contact with me throughout my planning process and day of the wedding, they sent the amazing Nate to run our booth. He was super friendly and my guests enjoyed his chill and upbeat attitude. He made our SnapBar experience just that much better. He also anticipated how many copies each photo group needed and even before we asked he printed enough copies for all the guests in the photo as well as an extra copy for us to keep.
The morning after the event our photos were already up on the website ready for my guests to view and save. If you want to be super secret they have an option that isn’t public. Michael even sent me the high resolution files to save.

It was such a pleasure working with The SnapBar. Michael, the Operations Manager, and Joe, the photo booth operator, were friendly and professional. All of the guests enjoyed the photo booth, props, and high definition images at the Bellevue Arts Museum’s Open House with City Catering. The SnapBar has such a fabulous system that is not only fun, but user friendly. I would highly recommend The SnapBar to any friend or client to enhance their event.

We used the Snap Bar for my husband’s karaōke birthday party celebration at Rock Box. Booking online was a snap (no pun intended) and confirmation and payment were easy through their online system as well. We booked the digital only package and don’t regret that for a moment.
Nate arrived on time and had everything set up by the time the party started. He also had a suitcase of props with glasses and other small props. He was great to work with — friendly and professional. He didn’t do much to encourage people to come over and take pictures, but it’s possible that’s because the small-​ish space layout didn’t give him an opportunity to move around and woo people.
Over the course of 3.5 hours, we got about 125 photos — we could have easily gotten at least twice as many if our party guests had just taken more advantage of the photo booth. Given how much we paid, that made each photo cost ~$ 7. I really wish my guests had taken more advantage of this fun activity.
Our photos were uploaded to their website about 24 hours after the conclusion of our event — and they even sent me a movie slideshow of the photos for free after they accidentally posted only a portion of our photos online.
I don’t know if their camera has the capability of doing a «burst mode» type of setup, but I think that would be a great way to maximize the photo opportunities and would allow people to get more photos with only slightly more time spent in front of the camera.
I would say they need to provide even more props. I had, fortunately, brought a big bag of props myself which included hats, boas, leis, necklaces, and more glasses so I feel like we had a good selection, but if the only props had been the ones they provided, I would have thought it was a little sparse.
I also wish there had been an option to have online access to our photos be restricted to a password-​protected model rather than public access. I get that part of how they present their services is to show previous events, but I think some folks might prefer that their photos not be publicly accessible.
I highly recommend using SnapBar for your next event!

The SnapBar was AMAZING. Working with their Operations Manager, Michael, was a breeze from start to finish. With our moving around of dates and making sure we got the booth at our marketing conference during the right hours, they were flexible and understanding with our flurry of questions. Not to mention, of all the photo booths we’ve worked with and used, the pictures from SnapBar have turned out incredibly high-​def and with high interest. Our on-​site guy running the booth was friendly, energetic, and had high remarks from all that used the booth.

We hired The SnapBar for our company holiday party and it turned into the highlight of the event. It provided a fun activity for guests to engage in and was such great way to bring people out of their shell a bit.
Working with The SnapBar team leading up to the event was a breeze. I requested a quote and they sent over an online form to fill out giving me the opportunity to customize everything from the background color to the length of time to the arrangement of photos on the print outs.
Once I arrived on-​site an hour prior to the start time, the booth was already set up and ready to go. Sam was manning the booth and he was great to work with and a fun presence at the party. Guests got to take home printed photo strips and the photos were also loaded online in less than 24 hours.
It was absolutely the most seamless and stress-​free process from start to finish and yielded excellent photos and memories.

The SnapBar was a huge hit at our annual corporate Christmas party. The guys who set it up and ran it throughout the night were so helpful and nice.
All of the props were so fun and the picture quality was amazing. We will definitely be hiring them again for future events!

SnapBar worked my wedding this past weekend in Seattle and they were great! They were super easy to communicate with, very responsive and were really fun the day of the wedding. I hired SnapBar for my wedding in August. I wasn’t sure whether or not I wanted to spend the money on a photobooth, and after visiting the website of some of the more traditional photo-​booths I wasn’t convinced. But I’m so glad I found SnapBar and am very happy about the decision to hire them for the night!
The photos look extremely professional (especially with the white backdrop). It’s tons of fun for all ages… everyone loves photobooths so it was a hit. It’s great for weddings because not only is it a fun activity for those who need a break from the dance floor, but it serves as a wedding favor that people will actually love and keep.
The handcrafted wooden box was really neat and a added a nice touch. The whole setup was professional and the people were fantastic. Working with Michael via email to coordinate the logistics was great because he was incredibly responsive, flexible, helpful and really fun to work with! What was great was how pain-​free the experience was on the day-​of. They showed up as expected and handled setup without any issues. They definitely handled my rowdy crowd with grace! On top of it all, we had our high res digital copies sent right back to us in no time.

On the day of our wedding – Michael & Rachel were on time, even friendlier in person, and even stayed later than the contracted time so that few more guests can get their pictures taken.
Post wedding, they were very prompt in sending us the link to the pictures for us and the quality of the pictures were awesome!

Our team absolutely loved the «open air» format — it resulted in some amazing (and hilarious) images that we continue to enjoy. Not to mention, the high definition quality of the images is unlike any other photo booth we’ve worked with.

We booked with The SnapBar for our corporate recognition event after being recommended by another group. The process couldn’t have been easier, especially at a time when I was juggling many different aspects of the event. It was great that I could use their online form to tell them what I needed, then pay online and be confident that they would deliver. Two SnapBar reps showed up at our event on time, looking professional and ready to set up. They were welcoming and even let us incorporate our own props and branded items for the photos. The photo set up itself looks great — it’s like an old time box camera set up plus a background, and the props were neatly displayed in a stylish suitcase-​like box, so it didn’t look crazy (like a yard sale) at a work event.
The photos were the highlight of our event, and really brought people together– many people displayed photos of friends and colleagues at their desks after the event. Some people commented that the lighting of the photos was fantastic and made them look younger. Ha! I appreciate how easy they were to work with and the friendliness they showed to our guests. I had nothing but the best experience working with Michael and Sam! I had booked a photo booth experience for a street fair, which is an unpredictable environment (weather, crowds etc.) — and Sam handle it with utmost professionalism and with a smile on his face. Scheduling everything with Michael was also a breeze — communication was streamlined, efficient and timely. Event was successful, photos great and everyone happy! I will definitely call them again for future events! A great customer service is what it is all about and it goes a very long way with a customer.

I just want to start off by saying that if you’re contemplating whether you should book with The SnapBar, just do it! Their staff are super friendly and courteous, and Michael is an absolute joy to work with. He is very responsive in his emails and not once did he make me feel like an idiot for asking multiple questions. And honestly, from the pictures and reviews I’ve seen for them, I don’t think there would be any regrets for going with The SnapBar (:
Anyway, the entire process was very quick and easy. I reached out to them Sunday night and ended up booking them the very next day. I currently have their Print Experience + Hashtag Printing ordered for my wedding, and they delightfully surprised me with a 10% discount and the SnapBar Video at no extra charge!

We’re so happy we hired The SnapBar! It was a hit with all of our guests — they loved it! They were very easy to work with; Sam and Michael were responsive to our emails. Nate was the on-​site person, and he was very helpful and friendly. Throughout the night, many of our friends pointed out how nice he was! Plenty of props available. The photos were posted online overnight, and our friends downloaded them first thing in the morning. We highly recommend using them for your wedding or any other event!

The Snapbar was one of the best investments I made for our wedding. Setup was prompt and virtually undetectable. When I was looking for a photobooth, I initially wanted a vendor who could print on site but I realized quickly that having a backdrop where you can fit in a ton of people is the way to go. My guests could not stop talking about how cool the setup was, how happy they were that they could all fit in one photo and control when the photo was taken, and how great the photos looked. The other vendors I saw with similar setups at other weddings had photos of a much lower quality than those from The Snapbar — the photos are crisp, clear, and look GREAT. They had a line in the room pretty much all night and were totally prepared for the traffic. I cannot recommend them enough.
Also, they had my photos up the same night!
