Dr. Tom and his staff are friendly and professional, they are trustworthy and good at what they do. My wife, in-​laws and I all come to see them twice a year even though none of us work or live downtown. We make the drive because we have a good thing with them.

Not only get great dentistry, you also get great customer service. The staff pay attention to my tooth troubles as well as my dentist anxiety. I really appreciate having someone stay in the room while my numbing process is occurring. I appreciate knowing what is happening. I appreciate having the staff check in and make sure I am OK. Definitely reduces my anxiety for future visits.

I was nervous to go to the dentist. Not my favorite thing to do and hadn’t been in years. Dr. Vo and his staff eased those nerves immediately. They were extremely attentive and welcoming from the start to finish. They were patient with me and did all they could to make my visit comfortable. Dr. Vo is awesome, he takes time to know his patients and delivers top notch service, and doesn’t make unnecessary recommendations. Added bonus — nice, trendy office space! :)

I asked Dr. Vo and team if I could come in more often for teeth cleaning, fillings, that crown that I need to replace my last childhood silver filling. That is how much I love them. Dr. Vo said, we just need to watch that last silver filling. NO, I want the crown now! I LOVE coming in. No dice. That silver filling will remain on the watch list.
The moral of the story: Dr. Vo will not do unnecessary procedures just so that you can come in and hang out… except for the teeth cleaning thing. I think you can do that more than twice a year.

I was very charmed by the service and operations at Dr. Vo’s practice. Being at a place that is pleasantly nice, and efficient is a good thing. I’m used to giving hotels reviews by some of these merits. For coming into this office suddenly due to a dental emergency, I am also struck by the honesty and professionalism of Dr. Vo and his staff as well.
While on a weekend vacation I cracked a crown chewing on some candy. My existing dentist was also on vacation for 2 weeks so I couldn’t get care. I began calling around town for different dental providers leaving messages. The following Monday morning the front desk of Dr. Vo’s practice called me first thing and got me in for an emergency exam. Upon entering I found the space very nice and the staff from the front desk, assistants, and hygienists all very personable in a calm and sincere manner. Everyone inquired about my daily life and shared about themselves as well.
I found Dr. Vo himself very succinct, clear, honest, and professional. When inquiring about my crown he recommended I not have service done by him, but instead go back to my existing dentist. This surprised me. He explained about different kinds of crowns, average lifetimes and common policies for crowns. I was given an estimate by one of the office people and even offered a payment plan on the sudden costs I might incur.
I did visit my earlier dentists office, although they were closed for their Dr’s vacation, the office was still open. The gal there was confused about what to do, records were in piles, and the computer wasn’t working well, she was trying to avoid any statements of fault for my crown breaking due to their work. I tried to explain it really didn’t matter because my dental insurance would cover it.
It was an easy choice following this to switch to Dr. Vo as my primary dental provider, and more than him, choose his practice as a whole. On the digital side, for now 4 appointments I’ve received and email notification of the appointment, and receive at least 3 reminder texts preceding my appointments. For people who are busy with conflicting priorities, more reminders are great to have.
The people are nice, the service is calm and professional, my mouth is better.

Dr. Vo is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He’s honest, he cares about his patients, and he doesn’t make me feel bad if I have a cavity. The whole team is friendly and seems to understand that most people are afraid of going to the dentist. I’ve never felt so at ease when it’s time for a cleaning. Even though I’m moving, I plan on still seeing Dr. Vo because he’s that good.

I’ve been going to Dr. Vo for almost 10 years now and can honestly say he and his staff are top tier. They take their time and have the highest level of care, professionalism, and artistry. Their new and beautiful office, along with friendly staff, makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a new dentist, you can’t go wrong giving them a call!

The new office is beautifully done, staff is courteous and Dr. Vo is a great dentist. Not much else to say, it’s not a restaurant :).

Dr. Vo is fanastic, as is his staff. Everyone is relaxed and easy-​going and makes a clear effort to ensure I am comfortable and at ease. In additional to all of this, each employee is professional and, from what I can tell, really good at their job. The dental work seems to be top notch. I tend to have more «low maintanence» teeth but my husband has bad acid reflux (and not great dental care as a child) so his care is a little more extensive but he really likes Dr. Vo and actually goes to the dentist without me forcing him now!

I’ve never had any major dental work before, and I came here with my first ever cavity that needed filling, unsure what it entailed.
Long story short, Dr. Vo took great care of me, easing any apprehensions I had about the procedure. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time, gave me plenty of background and the «how’s» and «why’s» and all that which I’m sure I annoyed him with.
The office itself is very clean, nicely decorated, with really nice fixtures and features. Everybody in the staff was very professional and kind, and I look forward to going to them in the future (as much as I can look forward to a dentist, anyway).

I hate going to the dentist but I LOVE going to see Dr. Vo! He is so gentle and patient with his dental phobic patients. He and his staff are friendly and professional. I always look forward to catching up with them!
He took my daughter on as a patient after she had a very traumatic experience with a different dentist. He found a solution to her dental needs which was more conservative and treated her with such kindness. She now loves going to the dentist too!

I love Dr. Vo and his staff! I had a major dental phobia for several years before going to see Dr. Vo. I hadn’t been to the dentist for something like 5 years because of my anxiety. Dr. Vo and his staff were amazing — I told them I was nervous and they did everything they could to make me feel calm and at ease without making me feel embarassed. Dr. Vo was awesome — I ended up having to get a pretty deep cavity filled and it was my very first pain-​free dental experience! He explained everything he was going to do before doing it, and made sure I was OK. Dr. Vo and everyone in his office are really nice and friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I have referred 3 people from my office to him and they are all very happy with him also. I’ll never go to another dentist again as long as Dr. Vo is still practicing!

Thomas Vo & his staff are awesome! They reside on floor 16 of the Medical Dental Building in a somewhat tucked away office (you have to walk all the way around from the elevators, essentially turning right 3 times). They recently renovated their offices and the waiting room and patient rooms are really nice.
If you’re anything like me, you’re tense about going to the dentist… but Thomas and staff are very approachable and do a great job of answering any questions or easing any fears. Their procedures are quite painless and stress free and you can typically get an appointment quickly.
The staff is very friendly and attentive with great senses of humor — They can also tell you right away if they accept your insurance and are really good about following up after you’ve had any work done or on getting paperwork from your old office if you’re a new patient. Lindsay even took the time to call me to let me know that she called my insurance company right after my appointment to let me know they would cover some of the final payment for my invisalign. Everyone in the practice is super friendly and knowledgeable and they do quality work, even taking note of personal changes in your life and congratulating you on your big life events. Your appointments will definitely start on time if that’s ever been a problem in your past (like it’s been with me before) and you’ll be in and out before you know it. All in all, very happy with this office and how fantastic their work and they themselves are.
FYI: Dr. Vo also does Invisalign! I was really happy when I found out he and his staff are able to do this. The staff and Dr. Vo are very meticulous in following your invisalign and make little tweeks to your teeth and care as you go along. At some point a bracket of mine popped off and Dr. Vo replaced it right away.
