I had my mother call All Tech to get her springs replaced and Alex did a wonderful Job on being on time and completing the job quickly and efficiently. My mother was very pleased with Alex’ professional attitude and politeness. Same day service with a professional person to boot. Great job Alex and All Tech!

A few days ago our large heavy garage door that refused to open. Our two cars were trapped. We were very fortunate that All Tech Garage Door Service, based in Cottonwood, was able to send someone out within the day. The service technician was a man named Eric, who arrived with a well equipped truck, prepared to handle any problem on the spot. Eric diagnosed the problem quickly — he replaced two heavy springs with ones that were larger and stronger (better suited to our garage door than the ones that snapped), and had the problem resolved in about an hour. He was pleasant, polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. All Tech also gave us a 3 year warranty, which is very reassuring.
