We offer holistic and traditional treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship and career issues, acute or chronic pain (especially psychosomatic pain), and integration issues for bilingual or LGBT clients. Our approach is strenght-​based and result-​oriented. In addition to talk therapy, we use leading edge Mind/​Body and energy approaches to make your process of healing and growth as efficient and easy as possible.

If needed (and upon client’s request), Reiki, cranio-​sacral therapy, or movement can be use to enhance your experience.

History

Established in 2000.

Elena Khazanova has been a holistic health practitioner since 1999 and an educator for over 20 years.

Her private practice was established in 2000, and now includes psychotherapy, life coaching, bodywork and energy work.

For the last 7 years Elena has been teaching a variety of healing techniques, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Mindfulness, and certification (CE) classes to helping professionals (massage therapists, acupuncturists, nurses, counselors, and social workers).

Business Owner

Elena Khazanova, LCPC, LMT, BCST is a holistic psychotherapist, life coach, bodyworker, and energy worker, practicing in Silver Spring and Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Elena moved to the US from the Ukraine (where she taught middle school) in 1995 and discovered her passion for holistic healing and all aspects of spiritual and emotional growth.

She graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in 1998, became a certified cranio-​sacral and Reiki III practitioner shortly after.

In 2003, Elena entered her training to become a Life Coach and then went back to school to get a degree in Counseling from Loyola College. She was trained in Jungian and psychodynamic approach and later studied Mindfulness, Positive, and Energy psychology.

Elena now has an integrative practice, using a variety of healing methods to help her clients. She also teaches workshops in EFT, Mindfulness, and Positive psychology.

Elena lives in Gaithersburg with her husband and their daughter.
