Stearns Petroleum, Inc

One of the employees, Brian, at the Simi Valley 76 station on Stearns Street was incredibly rude. The seal on the gas pump that signifies that the pump has not been tampered with was broken. I have been the victim of credit card theft four times in the past, one of which was at this station. I requested that Brian take one minute and just open up the pump to make sure there was not a skimmer device attached. Brian stated that he was too busy. When I went back inside to get his name, the manager’s name, and the store number, he became very rude. I politely requested again that he check the pump. He stood there and ignored me. After I politely requested again, he finally went out in an angry manner, opened up the pump for like 5 seconds, slammed it shut and said, «See!». When I told him he didn’t have to be rude about it, he told me, «Fuck You». I have been a customer at this station for a number of years and have always had a positive experience. This is the last time I’m using this station.

Really liked the girl who works mornings, always friendly and helpful, but my credit card info has been stolen twice in 3 weeks immidiately after filling up here. Watch out!

I just had a bad experience with the guy at the counter here. What happened to the customer always being right??? He was so busy talking on the phone that he didn’t focus in ME, the customer! Last time you get my business! Maybe you should teach customer service skills to your staff.

Beware this gas station.
If you use your credit card or worse your debit card at the pumps you will get your info stolen. It has happened to me twice. even after alerting them their machines are tampered with they did nothing to investigate it. same station has apparently stolen over 50 wells fargo account holders info. Stay far far away or do cash only.
