Everything is homemade, the seafood is always delivered fresh and never frozen. The pizza is as good as the one in New York. The desserts are all homemade daily, the tiramisu is one of our best seller! We have a private room that accommodates up to 60 people!

Business Owner
Chef Gianluca is originally from CZ Lido, Italy. He started working as a dishwasher at 11yrs old. He fell in love with the restaurant business immediately. He would look up to the chefs, dreaming of the day he would be one as well! His passion for food earned him the title of Chef from The Culinary Art Institute of Soverato, IT. While earning his degree, on weekends chef would take the train to Rome to intern at 5 star restaurants! He traveled all over Italy, making a name for himself. It wasn’t long before he was a chef at NOBU, owned by Armani in Milan. From there destiny brought him to Miami to be a chef at Ago, one of Deniro’s restaurants! Little did he know this time he was going to meet the love of his life, Amy (also originally from CZ Lido). They got married in 2011 and today Sinking Spring has a celebrity chef in town. Everything is daily prepared from scratch with passion and love. Please join us for delicious food and desserts! Don’t forget we are BYOB. Hope to see you soon
