When we came in my friend and I were told that they were busy, but if we wait 45 minutes they could give us a pedi. We waited and came back to extremely rude treatment and cold water. Several of the workers left and there wasn’t anyone to help us. When we asked what they wanted us to do, since there wasn’t any hot water or someone to do our nails we were spoken to rudely and said if you want hot water will not get it unless boil it. There were 2 nail people waiting on one person and we were ignored. Bad attitude, bad service. I am sad because this salon use to be good, but that is no longer the truth. I will not return

I went here to get my nails done last week, I had an appointment at 3 and she did not take me till 3:45 and when I told them again I had an appointment at 3 and needed to leave before 5 they were very rude, instead she kept helping walk in clients and the lady who did my full set burned my skin. I ask for my nails to be coffin shaped and they look like more of an uneven almond. She kept leaving to help others and I am very dissatisfied with my nails. I do not recommend.

Had a mani pedi done today. Although the service was great and I enjoyed getting my nails done I was extremely disappointed that they would not honor the gift certificate I had. Yes, it was a few years old with no expiration date, their excuse that they were new owners and it cost them money for bookkeeping on the gift certificates just made no sense to me. I am a bookkeeper and there is no extra charges for keeping gift certificates on the books. When they purchased the business it would have been disclosed in the books that there were outstanding gift certificates I would have been a repeat customer even though I live in Mountlake Terrace but the way they handle the use of my gift certificate just put a horrible taste in my mouth. Great nail tech! BAD Customer Service as far as I am concerned.

They are decent as long as you don’t ask for any sort of design. I asked for simple leopard print on the ring finger of each hand and the lady totally butchered it. I went and bought silver nail polish to cover it up.

Terrible! Never go here! Filthy, rough and cut my 7 year old so bad she was gushing blood from 2 cuticles. The lady doing my nails had her nails digging into my skin, took off my real nail due to being rough with the file and kept jamming her cuticle pusher under my nail and several times I said«that hurts please slow down». My older daughter left with nails that look like she did them herself. In the end we paid 145 $ and it was the WORST, least professional experience I’ve ever experienced. Never again… Oh and my shellac was Allover my cuticles. I tried to take a picture while my hands where under black light spun can see…

I will not be coming back here. I made an appt to get a pedicure with my mother in law. While she had a great pedicure and experience I did not. I was left there waiting for 45mins past my appt. once I did have someone to give me my pedicure they rushed through it because they got busy. I waited 45mins for a shoddy 20min pedicure.

Best in Snohomish– after trying all the nail salons in Snohomish VV nails is the one I refund to time and time again. As many times as I have gone there has never been a cut or injury or infection with any clients and friends I know. This little salon has had consistent staff and service not like some of the others that have changed ownership multiple times. They took really good care of me when I broke my wrist and was in a cast for 6 weeks. I would go in every week and they very carefully helped me keep my hands and nails neat and clean. I highly recommend this salon and that being said I am concerned that they get so many clients that I have a hard time getting in.

Whatever you do, NEVER go here. I just spent $ 15 on the worst salon experience ever. The gal that did my manicure cut my cuticle, and then proceeded to try to paint the nail, which wouldn’t stop bleeding. I had to remove all my polish by the time I got home because my nails wouldn’t dry. It was probably because nail polish mixed my blood. So now I have a throbbing bloody hand and I lost $ 15…

I have been to this salon a few times with my 12 yr old daughter, but will not be going back. The first time I went I had shellac done on my fingers and my husband said it looked like I had done them myself! I believe in second chances so I went back. The next few times I took my daughter. While I had no complaints with this the gal that did my nails, the one who did my daughters was terrible! I didn’t know untill we left(because she didn’t tell me) but the gal had cut her foot and hand several times! I can see getting a nick, but cutting someone that many times is unexcusable! Who trained her? It’s been more than 2 weeks and my daughters toes are still hurting her and are infected!

This is a lovely new salon located in Snohomish Station complex — my friend recommended this place and now I see why. Its lovely and clean — the technicians are a lovely bunch and very professional. The calf massage was absolutely heavenly. I cant wait to go back again and will definitely become a regular here
