I’ve seen Erika at Santana Salon twice and I’ve been very impressed with both haircuts. She’s pretty quick and somehow gives the exact cut I want, even when I haven’t explained it very well. Haircut quality is easily 5 stars, but both times I’ve been to the salon I had a pretty long wait before my appointment began (both times they didn’t get me started until 15+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time), so I gave them one less star. Overall, I recommend this place, especially Erika if she’s available.

I was Daniel today for the first time and loved him and the cut he did on my hair. I have long very thick curly hair which is not easy for a lot of stylists to work on. I went in looking like a frizzy haired witch and walked out looking gorgeous! He is wonderful and knows his stuff. I cannot recommend him enough.

I recently went to Santana Salon looking for someone to replace my hairstylist since she is no longer working. I have long, coarse, curly hair. I have a tender head and a lot of hair — usually an issue when combined. I made an appointment with Daniel to get a foil done and help me figure out a way to blend my hair color. Daniel is truly a hair color artist. My experience was exceptional — I got great advice on my hair color options, my appointment started in a timely manner, service was friendly, and the end product is amazing (beautiful foil and flat iron finish). I would highly recommend this salon to people looking for a reasonably priced service performed by skilled professionals. From this point forward… this is where I am going and recommending.

Not impressed. I bought a Groupon for full foil and when I got there for my appt, they made me wait a half an hour with barely an acknowledgement and then the stylist said the Groupon was only for one color (that was not specified in the fine print). The music was too loud, there weren’t any coat/​purse hooks, they kept getting my name wrong, the stylist wasn’t overly friendly and honestly, it was less professional than Hairmasters. They did end up giving me two colors because I was having my hair cut into a pixie, but I won’t go back again. The color is great and the cut is ok but the ambiance was ultimately the downfall.

Daniel is amazing! He was sent down to me by the hair Gods and he blessed the sh*t out of my hair!!! I haven’t been this in love with my hair for a long time. He knows exactly what to do with your hair without saying anything. I made a huge mistake in dying my hair with a box color and he fixed it! His hands are magic! Daniel is hilarious and knows how to keep a conversation going. I finally found my hairstylist! I love that this gem is right by my house. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel right at home. The pandora station is on point! The salon is beautiful with simple decorations. I have no idea why I took this long to visit this salon, but I am so happy I did! Thank you, Daniel! :)

Be careful. I’m new to the area and looking for a new stylist. I purchased a Groupon for $ 69 for a cut and highlights. I was informed when I arrived it would be an extra $ 30 for color. So, after tip and tax my bargain haircut was about $ 120.
My color was very nice, my hair looks very nice after it was styled. So after almost 4 hours my hair was done. I had decided I wouldn’t be returning because of the extremely long appointment. With my long hair my appoints for a cut, color and highlights would take 2 hours.
Fast forward a couple days I wash my hair and dry it, look at the back of my hair and there are probably 1 inch white chunks of hair missing in on my inverted Bob. I’m horrified. So today, Monday, I went to the salon after work and requested them to fix my hair. Because of work I can’t come till after 230. I was told they could do it tomorrow at 6:45 PM. I have a commitment I cannot do it that day then she went to ask the owner about another time. I thought it’s kind of strange the owner isn’t even coming out to see what my hair looks like so I walked back there and proceeded to show you my hair. Pretty flippantly he says well you have to style it, well I understand that, I can style my hair but I should still have hair to’s style in one length. I did come in with long hair and had about 45 inches cut off. I did not ask for a shag, haircut. (possibly people coming back to complain is normal so the owner doesn’t even bother to meet with the customer anymore).
Then I hear him tell her I can’t perform a miracle, what about Friday?
You would think someone walks into your salon and looks like a clown he would want to fix their hair as soon as possible. So at this point I said well no thank you I will have somebody fix my hair. I couldn’t go for five another five days with my hair looking the way it does.
I would’ve given to stars because I did like my hair color but after the embarrassing customer service I think I’ll give it one star.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service and plan to notify Groupon of my experience. I will find out how they view customer service.

I bought a Groupon to get my hair cut and blow dry, Martha was Great doing it!!! I recommend it!!!

I used a Groupon for this salon and I had to come back twice to get my hair the color I had wanted it to be. Prices were outrageous! The employees lacked in their communication with the customers. Won’t be going back. Also spent 5 hours each visit. Very unorganized

I used to buy groupons for my haircuts and I would bounce around to different salons until I used the one from Santana’s. I have been seeing Erika ever since. She does a great job and has a fair price. About $ 30. She also goes out of her way to accommodate me.

I’m pretty shocked after reading such great reviews how my experience turned out. First my own hair stylist was late… to work even so I’m waiting on her. then I asked for one thing for my color and got the complete opposite. She didn’t even come close… now my hair highlights look like crap!

Daniel did a great job layering my difficult curly hair using a technique I’ve never had done before. He is knowledgeable and kind while working quickly but doesn’t rush the cut or style. Possibly the best cut I’ve had!

The salon is nice and clean. I like the fact that they respect my appointment time. I hate going to salons where they make you wait for ever or the stylist is doing some one else hair at the same as you. This place is not like that. They offer once in a while some thing to drink. The prices are good.

Daniel always does a great job on my hair. I see him to get my hair colored and cut… he always finishes by making some beautiful curls or an awesome blow out!

I cannot express how wonderful this place is. The Salon makes you feel at home, the staff is very kind and accommodating. The owner and my hairstylist, Daniel Santana is amazing at what he does, he treats your hair like its a delicate piece of art, by taking time to ensure your hair is perfect! As well he makes you feel good about yourself, he uplifts you, encourages you and gives you confidence all at once. His kind heart goes into his work. Its hard to find a hairstylist with so much passion for not just hair but for peoples happiness.
I promise and guarantee you will be smiling and dancing after leaving his Salon! The best part is he can work with all hair types!
