I really love my toe nails they did. I was able to relax while getting my pedicure. The lady didn’t try to talk to me and ask me questions. She was friendly, which i always appreciate in a nail salon. Only if they would upgrade the decoration a little bit and clean the salon it would be perfect. It could be more cozy. But I will definitely go back.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because Mindy was so sweet. My experience started out really nicely, I got a pedicure and was pretty happy with it until she put this red tint clear on the part of my French pedicure which wasn’t the tip. I did not like that but I said the hell with it I’ll go with the flow. Then I relaxed and watched tv while I let my toes dry. Then in took a turn for the worst when the man ran me up for 27 dollars for a normal basic pedicure. I didn’t get any special treatments(nor was I offered the treatments) and proceeded to ask me where I normally go and I told him a place in mill creek and he laughed and said wow that place has gone down hill. I do not like places that bad mouth other salon and I thought it was very unprofessional. Definitely will not be going back because for 27 I can get a way better pedi for that price.

I called to schedule an appointment & that was pointless because I had to wait until they had an opening anyway. I asked for a fill and pedicure and since the prices were reasonable($ 17 fill) and $ 20ish for a pedicure I opted for the $ 32 pedi that was supposed to be extra moisturizing, exfoliating, fragrant & relaxing… NOT! It was a complete waste of money and none of those things. I have no idea what I paid extra for and when I asked the technician she was confused because she didn’t speak English. Finally someone came over to explain and I still have no clue what they did. She was super defensive when I asked about it and that was akward to say the least. She insisted the technician did the pedicure correct. All I know is I’ve had a lot of pedicures and this was the worst I’ve ever had. My feet are still dry, the massage that most do for a couple minutes was like 3 seconds. I really should have just had a polish change because that’s what the end result was. The lady also scorched me with hot water and when I said it was too hot she turned the nob so it was freezing(hate that) cold! Maybe it was just the tech because she was distracted. She took a call from her cell phone twice during the pedicure so it’s possible I just had someone that was preoccupied… So if you plan on getting a pedicure here just ask them what you’ll be getting and let’s hope your experience is better then mine was! I know I’ll be going back to Bothell for pedicures. The regular salon pedicures are super exfoliating, moisturizing & relaxing — at no extra charge!

Best nail spot in snohomish. Even though I go months in between services, they know my name and remember details about my last visit. Every time is a very thorough job and the equipment appears very sanitary. Prices are great and a bonus is the little kid pedicure chair. That’s what originally got me going to this location. I also enjoy the conversation with each person who does my nails. Everyone is so kind and personable!

Took me in for a walk pedicure Friday mid day — just a simple one but Mindy did a great job! super flower design to go with my dress to wear to a friend’s wedding later that day! Tools sanitized and packaged for each new client — I might have to drive all the way up here again!

Had a pedicure with my great friend with our daghters this morning. True Touch Nails was recommended by my friend. Never been before. Very clean! Family owned, great people! Great workmanship. They took their time, painted great! A must go to! I get my nails done somewhere else, but definitely willing to give True Touch a try. If they can do comprable mani’s, and fills… I will switch. I will write another review at the end of August.

So off the bat everyone seems pretty nice… The owner is eager to please as long as it is at his convenience. I started going here after I saw some of the reviews and I needed a new nail parlor. My 1st time going he wanted to make sure I was a return customer, HOWEVER I was there early for my appt and I was made to wait for 15 minutes. When I went to pay they had signs that said«tip accepted in cash only» I thought that was pretty tacky and showed they weren’t very honest b/c if there is no record I doubt they would claim that as part of their income. So made me wonder what else they weren’t being so truthful about. My next visit I was 10 minutes late and he made an entire scene. I informed him that he made me wait 10 minutes last time so we’re even now. He rushed through my nails I had rough ends and when I asked him to fix it he sighed and said«that will come off itself» again I asked him to fix it and he did so reluctantly. I went and got a new set and they continued to try and use tools that were used on someone else! Like nail files!!! Under Washington law it states: WAC308−20−110 Sanitation/disinfecting. (a) All tools and implements must be sanitized and disinfected or disposed of after service on each client. Tools and implements not approved for disinfection and reuse under manufacturers’ specifications must be given to the client or discarded after service on each client. These tools and implements include, but are not limited to: Nail files, cosmetic make-up sponges, buffer blocks, sanding bands, toe separators or sleeves, orangewood sticks, and disposable nail bits. Presence of used articles in the work area will be considered prima facie evidence of reuse. READUPOWNER!!! I will not be returning to do the rude nature and the unsanitary practice.

I took my two daughters here to get nails done before a wedding! They were able to fit us in at the last minute and did a wonderful job! They were kind, patient and friendly and took their time and did a good job! I got an eyebrow touch up afterwards, and it was done well. They atmosphere was pleasant and it was clean. We will come back again if we are in the area! I highly recommend them! BTW They take credit cards, but tips need to be in cash though the bill did have a place for tips. They were reasonably priced, but not cheap. They had a good selection of quality colors. We all liked this place!

I love these guys they truly take time to give you what you want. And the shape of my nails looked more natural than other places. They didn’t look fat, to wide and unnatural. And the pricing is affordable! Best part only 5 min from my house!

To the owner: make sure you talk to people about whether or not the design they want is going to be possible. If it is not, don’t make them think it is and then act like your customer is stupid when it can’t be done after you start. I went in today, showed the guy a picture of a wedding design for my wedding on Friday. He said sure and sat me down. I was passed off to someone else to do the design which came out very thin and nothing like the picture. When I went to pay, they offered to fix it but it only got worse. Then they made me feel like a complete fool saying it was my fault my nails were too short to start. That bit of information would have been nice before I even started. Very disappointed and now have an unremarkable nail job for my wedding.

Very happy we decided to come here today. The people are friendly and my nails are stunning. We even had a baby that was a bit fussy with us and they treated us no different, even picking up the baby and walking him around. We will be back, thank you guys.
