I absolutely love my neighborhood ice cream shop! With all the yogurt places popping up left and right over the last 10 years, it’s awesome to be able to just have some good old fashioned ice cream. I mean maybe it’s the nostalgia or maybe it’s the amazing, creamy, smooth, loving ice cream that melts in my mouth… No clue, but I do know I appreciate that Baskin Robbins has held fast over the test of time.
This establishment is always perfectly clean and pristine. The girls serving you are always chipper and ready to be of assistance. I often walk over with my 3 pups for an afternoon of some wonderful loving sunshine kissing down upon us. So we make the treat at the end of our first leg a scoop of vanilla bean each, and my pups are always ever so grateful. There are very large, sturdy patio tables outside and there’s always room to sit. :)

Tiny ice cream cake $ 15! cake was stale and not even good. Won’t be buying this product anymore. I’ll spend the extra $ and go to Coldstone.

Love this place for a quick ice-​cream on a hot day, but so overpriced that I don’t come here very often. Maybe only once a year.

Friendly, fast and good ice cream.
I mean it’s nothing over the top it’s Baskin Robbins but hey it’s fun to have a tasty treat and good service.

Worst customer service of my entire life, twice now. The company I loved as a kid I now detest. Go somewhere where they value your business.

I live across the street, twice I have walked out and just bought ice cream at Von’s because of the line. Tonight I waited around tho. There were 5 people in front of me, the girl served 2, then the group of 3 decided to taste everything, at that point the girl called her co-​worker out. There were 12 people waiting. Cmon, there’s no reason to wait for a line out the door to call for help. I’ll just go to vons f now on.

I used this location for ice cream catering for my son’s birthday in the park. I was a little hesitant because I was not sure how the ice cream would hold up but it was perfect! Sunny was easy to communicate with and provided us with exactly what we wanted (single pre-​scooped cups in any flavor we wanted) plus an amazing array of toppings. My 7 year old was in heaven and all his friends LOVED it. I highly recommend this is an alternative to the boring old cupcakes.

Must have been a really off night. All I wanted was a delicious hot fudge sundae. They ran out of whipped cream and my hot fudge was cold. Definitely a major let down. I will try them again when I am in the area again. The girl who answered the phone when I called to let them know did ask if there was anything she could do. Bummer for me I am already gone. Major let down when you are craving something so bad!

I’ve been going to this location for years, despite the questionable employees. The Ice Cream is always good, but the workers always act like this is the last thing they’d like to be doing.
Last night when I went to this location, I handed the cashier 6 dollars for my ice cream. He opened the register and grabbed me the 79 cents in change that I was due. He then slid the 5 dollar bill and 1 dollar bill into the pocket on his apron and the register said «no sale»…
Very sketchy! I would ask to speak with a manager, but I’ve been going to this location for years and have never seen anyone employee that looked like they resemble a manager in any sort.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed so I have been to this baskin Robbins four times in the past two days. They finally had my favorite pink bubblegum flavor that I can never find anywhere! This last visit, however, I was not satisfied with the service I received. The two girls who were working stood around talking and gossiping to a boy who was just hanging out. It took longer than it should have to get in and get out, and the girl who helped us was too distracted to take our order correctly. I know it’s the end of the night, but you are still open and need to do your job!

I love the cappuccino bast! Yum! Dana and Ashley are so sweet whenever I come in. I’m always greeted with a smile and they remember my name. Thanks so much for your great customer service! Baskin Robbins always offers a sample of their ice cream of the month, so don’t be afraid to try new things!

Love Baskin Robbins! 31 flavor is a classic. This location does the chain justice. Friendly workers and some of the best ice cream around. Always a good place to bring the kids in a Tuesday night! They have a special deal where single scoops are discounted!
Also, don’t forget to check-​in. They have a Unilocal coupon!

Worst customer service! Bratty teens who act like they are miserable to be working. If I am going to shell out $ 15 for a couple milkshakes, I would hope to at least get a nice attitude! ITS ICE CREAM!!! CHEER UP PEOPLE!

LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is my favorite. I’ve always been bias towards ice cream over yogurt, but Cold Stone is too heavy for me. Baskin Robbins, you are so awesome like a gift dropped down from heaven. It should be illegal to have mint chocolate chip ice cream this good. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and they never let me down. The prices are very reasonable, they have recently remodeled and it is clean. The patio is a great place to enjoy your ice cream, with plenty of outdoor seating. Or, if you’d rather eat inside there are cute chairs and tables too. What more do you need?

Ugggh! I want this place to be good! It’s so convenient and who doesn’t like a scoop of ice cream once in a while? First of all it was always filthy!!! But then they remodeled so I thought it would be better… unfortunately, it’s been updated a bit but still dirty. Next… everytime I come here my ice cream seems to taste mildly freezer burned. Maybe I order an ice cream that isn’t in high demand so it doesn’t get turned over quickly? I wanted to believe that until I went in last night and tried their newest flavor. Oreo cookies with salted carmel, or something like that. It too tasted freezer burned and my cake cone was so stale I couldn’t eat it. Oh well, saved me the calories of consuming the whole thing. On another note, the girl who scooped the ice cream last night must have been new because the scoop of ice cream was tiny and didn’t even begin to fill the cone. Please train her how to properly scoop ice cream. I really hope they can get this place up to speed because like I said, it’s close and who doesn’t have fond memories of 31 Flavors from their childhood?

I really don’t understand the high reviews for this place. Yes, the ice cream itself is fine and although I’ve never tried the cakes or such, they look good, too. The service is horrendous, though! It is staffed by teenagers and young adults who really don’t seem to have any sense of urgency at all. The final straw was being given change for a $ 10 when I gave them a $ 20. He refused to give me the correct change or to take my name so that manager could call me, so I asked for my receipt. I wanted something to back my story up when I complained. The kid had thrown my receipt into that little trash can they have on the counter for the sample spoons and pushed it towards me, telling me I could dig through it! I don’t know about you all, but I don’t care to dig through a bunch of spoons that have been in other people’s mouths! Thank you, though! If I want ice cream, I just go over to the Von’s in the same center, buy a pint of Ben & Jerry’s and go home and have it.

I love this place. Sunny the owner gives super big scoops of icecream! Amazing this baskin Robbins is very clean compared to the other establishments.

The service was bad but in their defense it was busy. I always get a mint and chocolate chip shake and I’m never disappointed in Baskin Robins however, at this location they can’t get it right. It’s not that difficult to figure out the milk to ice cream ratio in a shake. Highly disappointed the couple of times I’ve come in.

The place is great as far as ice cream goes. Anytime we eat at a neighboring restaurant, we come in here. The service is just OK. They had a Unilocal deal for checking in, and when I showed it to her, she wasn’t going to accept it, telling me it must be for another store. C’mon. At least tell your employees when you’re running a Unilocal deal!

I’ve loved this Baskin Robbins all my life. Not sure when it opened, but I’ve been going since before High School. I’m 45ish now. It’s so cool to now bring MY kids here!
The outdoor seating makes it really nice to relax and enjoy watching the sunset and your child in ice cream heaven!
Keep it up 31!
