We’ve been here for one year and a half. Our living has been very pleasant and satisfying. The place is very clean, modern and most importantly friendly staff. I am always welcomed with a smile and by my name. There are always very helpful, curious and professional. We love the location. T-​station, restaurants and shopping are very convenient. I recommend living here to anyone, you really get what you pay for.

I’ve been living here with my husband for almost a year now. This place is awesome. The best part is the location, 10 min away from downtown Boston (driving), 30 mins with the worst traffic! And the Orange line T station is just behind the building. We also have covered parking.
I think the price is very competitive considering the location and other similar apt around the area with similar amenities.
We have a pet, and having such a nice and big area to walk her with lots of grass everyday is convenient. She also loves all her doggy neighbors. There is a «Pet Spa» where you can bathe/​groom the dog, this is very useful. All dogs are very well behaved, so even if you do not like dogs they won’t bother you at all.
The staff is great, very helpful and they make an effort to remember everyone, I’ve always seen them greeting everyone by their names.
Regarding noise, I’d say it’s pretty good in general. You can occasionally hear someone walking down the hall, but only if you are near the door/​kitchen. I never hear anything in the bedroom.

The building and units are sleek and modern, without the coldness that new architecture usually evokes.
Emerson (our dog) was right at home immediately.

AVA has been a wonderful place to live in. Although we have only been here for a couple of months, it has been great from the moment we had our tour of the property. The staff is wonderful (Kori, both Mike’s and Kristin go above and beyond for us,) and maintanence is always professional and get things done quickly. We are really lucky to have found this place – the location is ideal and were just amazed with all the amenities to top it off!

Moved into AVA somerville a month ago, after a long apartment search in and around the Boston area and I’m very glad we did so! The staff are always friendly, attentive to any concerns/​issues, and always say hi! There is plenty of help from move in day to dealing with issues that arise during the tenancy, and for this I’d like to thank Kori, Mike, Mike, Kristen and the maintenance team!
Apartment wise I love the sliding doors, a great space-​saving idea. Everyone who visits is impressed by the flooring. Appliances all new and all work as they should. There are large windows with lots of sunlight which is also great. Also love the closet space and racks — great space saver.
Maintenance is awesome always very quick to respond and very friendly. Cleaners around everyday in the common areas so the place is always spotless too!
Very impressed by the gym, the notification system/​transit screens and the surrounding amenities. We never miss packages anymore as the team signs for them and stores them for us to pick up! The bbq grills are amazing, looking forward to the fire-​pit being up and running soon. Lighting at night in the courtyards is awesome too, great place to chill in the evenings.
Just have to walk across a parking lot to get to the T on the orange line which is a huge plus. Very safe area, riverfront park is beautiful and major stores (target and costco) short drive away. All in all a great brand new community that we’re very pleased to be members of!

It would be hard to find a better location to live. The convenience of having restaurants, public transportation, and shopping just steps away, is a major selling point by itself. AVA apartments offer a hip, loft style design. It is a fun community to live in with exceptional amenities. All these things are great, but what really completes the experience for me is the fantastic leasing team and maintenance staff. That is what will keep me living at AVA!

I have been living at Ava for four months now and love it! The location is great, amenities are fantastic and the staff ROCKS! From application to move in and everything else you need, they are amazing. My experience has been great and honestly I never want to move! I highly recommend checking out the hood. We have really enjoyed our time at AVA. The amenities such as gym and lounge are great and look forward to using the barbecues once the snow stops! The staff is awesome and goes out of the way to make you feel welcome or sure any issues or service requests are closed out quickly.

Upscale and modern living in the new Assembly Row Somerville. Large and open feel. Lots of light. Good sized units that are clean & well organized. Higher end finishings make you feel like you’re living in a Vegas hotel. Great community notification system. Keeps you up to date with what’s going on around you both in the building but also Assembly Row. Staff works with you to coordinate your move in. It’s new construction and nothing beats new but it’s how helpful the staff is that really make it wonderful. They’re attentive without being overbearing and address any question/​concern you might have right away. I can see what they mean when Avalon builds communities. I feel very welcome and happy to live here.
