We are a full service Hauling Company servicing our local communities; Sonoma, Marin, and Napa county.

We have just completed our 5th year in business, and we have our local communities to thank for our success. We really love what we do and it shows in everything we do as a company, this alone separates us from the competition.

We service but not limited to: Apartment, foreclosure, garage clean outs, and light demo work. We also remove construction debris from new builds and remodels. Whether you are doing it yourself or using a contractor we can help you.

History

Established in 2009.

Good Riddance Hauling began as a company when we discovered there were very few local professional, trustworthy and reliable hauling companies servicing Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. The only companies servicing these areas on a regular basis, were large corporate franchises.

Good Riddance Hauling was founded due to a lack of affordable and dependable hauling services in our area. We saw the need and filled it.

Starting our company was not only a perfect opportunity, but also perfect timing as we had become disenchanted with our respective white collar jobs, hence Good Riddance Hauling was born!

We pride our selves on being the best hauling and clean up service in Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Novato, Petaluma, Sonoma, and all other towns in the North Bay.

Our goal is to exceed every one of our customers expectations.

I couldn’t be more happy with the work that Good Riddence did for me. With 1000sqft of carpet and pad and 200 sqft of tile to haul off what would’ve taken me half a day in my pickup they were able to do in one load. Fast and friendly service with great rates. Ill definitely be calling them again for the next job.

Simon came out and gave me an estimate. He was very fair with his price. Since I had workman and trades working he made his schedule work around mine. I am very grateful. When Simon showed up at my door, my problem was solved. The estimate was fair for hauling a huge pile of dead branches and logs up a punishing hill and he scheduled it to occur in just a couple of days. On the appointed day, he and two other guys arrived right on time and did the work quietly and quickly, even picking up small twigs and leaving the area extra clean. The driveway area where their truck had been was spotless after they left. I will definitely call this company again!

I had two of those big old tvs the size of Volkswagons that were taking up space in a room I wanted to clear for guests. There are usually a few e-​waste disposal events every year in Sonoma and I waited and waited for one of those to occur, but none did and, besides, these tvs were so heavy, I actually dropped one when I tried to move it. So I rolled it into the closet and there it stayed. I thought that there’s got to be somebody in this town who does this sort of thing. First thing I did was check out Unilocal. Good Riddance had such consistently good reviews, I thought I’d give them a try. They answered the phone right away and, because I’m usually at work but took a couple of days off to get things done around the house, they happily accommodated my time frame, which was the next day. When they (he, actually) got here, he was kind, friendly and efficient. I had other things I wanted to have removed some time in the future and I was given very reasonable quotes. I can see that I will use this service many times.

I emailed Leszlie on Sunday and she immediately reached out to me that afternoon. By Monday she had come out and provided an estimate. She was thorough, upfront about the nuances of what I had to haul away and gave me a very fair estimate on the cost. By Tuesday morning my junk was hauled away. Super easy, no drama. I’ll definitely call this company again, and again!

The folks at Good Riddance Hauling make the world a better (cleaner) place! This company tops all the competition. The best price to get rid of everything I never needed, don’t want and yard waste too. It’s all gone forever. They cleaned up better than I would have and even my hoarder roommates were impressed with their work. Stop shopping, call this company. They’ll likely be there within 24 hours.

We called Good Riddance hauling to get a bid on hauling away about a tree’s worth of oak branches and Leszlie was quick to call us back and said that they’d be by in a couple hours to give us an estimate. They followed through, their price was fair, and they finished hauling the very next day! They said they were able to take our garbage as well since we had just missed garbage day. They go over the top and really did a fantastic job taking care of us. We will happily call up Good Riddance the next time we need anything hauled away. They are super nice and professional!

I had procrastinated enough. I had a tool shed that had become overrun with mice and rats. I was afraid to go in there to clean it out. Simon, with Good Riddance Hauling came to the rescue. Mind you… THIS WAS NOT IN HIS JOB DESCRIPTION! But he was able to haul everything out of my shed for me so I could sort through it all and be in a position to finally clean out the shed. He came out the day after I called him for an estimate, and he called me the day he was due out to let me know of his arrival time.
They are much more reasonable than ‘1−800-GOT-JUNK’. I will definitely be calling Good Riddance Hauling in the future. Very friendly, professional and, just nice people.

Good Riddance hauling, came by to quote us a price to haul our hot tub out. We agreed on a price, which was reasonable for us, and they went above and beyond. They took out the tub, and helped us with some other stuff we needed to get rid of.

There is by far no reason to cost compare junk removal in Sonoma. Why? Good riddance thats why. I did and wasted my time. They are simply the best at what they do. On time! No bait and switch pricing gimmicks! Honest! Thorough! They say what they are going to do and give you a price and that’s it. Thank for a supper well done job!

I had to say farewell to my old RCA TV and, after confirming that the local dump would take it free of charge, I just had to find someone to haul it. After doing some Googling I decided on Good Riddance Hauling, based on the fact that Sonoma’s own Bill Lynch provided a video recommendation at the GR website. When I called, I got an actual person on the phone who was polite, professional, and helpful. He could have picked it up the next day but I wasn’t available until this morning.
We set an appointment for 9:30 am and when they hadn’t arrived by 9:45, I called. Again, an actual human answered the phone, apologized for being late and said they’d be here in 20 minutes. Before long, up pulled the truck and the Good Riddance guys (well, one guy, one not-​guy) — friendly, fast, professional, and competent — came in, loaded up the TV in two minutes flat, and I finally got that big old hulk out of my living room.
Cost: $ 45, and well worth it. This is a LOCAL company. They answer the phone. They arrive when they say they will. Good Riddance provides old-​fashioned quality service. I wish I’d known about them long ago!

I have used Good Riddance Hauling twice in the last two weeks for two different site clean ups. I used to do these clean ups myself but can no longer justify this with my back problems. After having tried the other guys with the 1 800 blue truck; I have to say that Good Riddance Hauling is now my preferred choice. Price is reasonable and their people are very courteous and work fast. I highly recommend this company.

I am a self proclaimed «Do-​It-​Yourselfer» I usually haul all my own junk in my sweet ass 92′ Ford F150 Long Bed. However, after tearing out yards of these thorny devil plants from hell, a deck and a bunch of other «stuff» that I knew I didn’t know where I could dispose of I called the excellent folks at Good Riddance Hauling.
