History

Established in 2001.

I earned my Massachusetts real estate license and began working for local brokerage in South Boston. I was in the right place at the right time. Immediately I knew that I liked the real estate business. January 2004 I joined REMAX. I served the same community but now had the strength of a national brand working with me. Since becoming an agent I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate. I have sold properties from $ 200,000 to $ 1,400,000.

Since 2001 I have been working as a real estate agent to help people buy, sell & rent residential property throughout Boston but mainly in South Boston.

For example this year I worked with a family to sell their home in South Boston and move into a rental. This was part of their plan to buy a larger home in 2016.

Early in 2015 I was hired to sell a 2 family that had been used as an income property for several years. After a successful closing the new owner moved into one of the units and hired me to find a tenant for the other unit.
