We are a boutique travel planning company specializing in custom itineraries by land and sea with emphasis on romance, culinary, and adventure vacations. I just worked with Mel on organizing a 12 person trip from San Francisco to South Lake Tahoe — we needed lodging, transportation, lift tickets, rentals, dining options — and she delivered it all! Every detail was planned to perfection: from having the house stocked with groceries before we arrived, to lunch vouchers on the mountain so that my clients could be on their own schedule if they wanted to, Mel thought of everything and executed with perfection. She even gave the trip a personal touch by leaving us homemade cookies (although I wouldn’t expect that for every trip she plans! :)) which was incredibly thoughtful. If I plan another group trip to Tahoe I will certainly use Mel again, and recommend you do as well!
