Cesar was recommended to me by a coworker and now, I can’t thank my coworker enough! My car had a SERIOUS leak that the guys at my regular Ford dealer said they «fixed» just two months prior. Then the rains came and my car flooded again! After the Ford dealer wouldn’t return my calls (my guess is they didn’t want to take on such a labor intensive job again, knowing they clearly didn’t really fix it the first time) I brought my car to Cesar. He treated me with such kindness and went above and beyond to fix my car. Like many others, I live in a small apartment in SF with no garage, so it was a huge help when Cesar held my car over the weekend. I came to him right before they closed on a Friday, and knowing my situation at home, Cesar offered to hold my car inside his shop until Monday when they could start to work on it, to prevent any further leaking. Once the rain had stopped, they even posted it in the sun so that the water damage could dry up!
Highly recommend Cesar and his team! I am so relieved to know I finally have an auto repair place where I can trust to take my car and know that I am not only going to receive wonderful customer service, but that my car will be well taken care of. Thank you Royalty!

I’ve been bring all my cars that I’ve owned for years to this place. Living in SF and parking my cars on the street, my cars get dinged up often, with no notes left on my vehicle.
I go out of my way to come here. Bart station is about 10 – 15 min walk so if I need to get back to the city or come back, I just take Bart.
Cesar and Juan are both great. I recommend this place to anyone.

Cesar and Juan are honest and provide the best service when it comes at, what could be, a stressful time. No one can expect when accidents happen, and the guys at this place will take good care of you. I was first recommended to this shop by a friend that worked at Enterprise Rental a while back after a car accident, and find myself coming back when something else happens. I just totaled my car last month, and they gave me honest feedback and was the super helpful with what steps I could do after. A few years ago, they even helped me when my car window wouldn’t roll back up.
I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in need of some auto repair.

I have known Cesar for many years but had never needed body work.
I am so glad that I took my car to his shop. Cesar showed me around and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the shop.
Cesar called me a couple of days before my car was ready to inform me that the headlight unit that he had ordered had been shipped damaged. He assured me that he would get the new part in a timely manner. He did.
The finish product was fantastic. The front end of my car had been repaired exceptionally well and they matched the paint to perfection.

My car was completed 2 days ahead of schedule and the completed job looks outstanding. The car had minor scratches which were repaired that were not from the accident. The car was completely detailed and looks news. I would definitively use this shop again and recommend friends.

I got rear ended on I-​80 and was referred to Juan at Royalty Auto by a friend. When I arrived he took care of me right away. The customer service at this shop is great. He was very helpful with the insurance process and walked me though it step by step. I was able to reach him by phone when I had questions. When I got my car back it looked great! My experience at Royalty Auto Collision was fantastic! Everyone, especially the owner Cesar were very professional, trustworthy and friendly. When I first entered the shop I noticed it was spacious and clean. I went in to have my bumper paint fixed because I had scraped it and our bumper was slightly loose on our 2014 Mazda 3. Our car is a special red so I was pretty upset about the damage and wanted the best possible auto shop. My family recommended this shop and I’m so happy with how it turned out. They were able to fix my bumper and match the paint perfectly. My car was returned to me looking brand new, very clean and it was all such a smooth process. I really appreciate the professional work and honest pricing. I highly recommend them and will be back for all my future needs.

My car got a 3 ft long scratch from the front to the back bumper, and I also had a dent on the side of the car. When I brought the car to Cesar, he did a full inspection of the car, and found that the dent on the side of the car had also caused damage to the inside of the area by the tire.
He and his team restored my car to the point that it looked BRAND NEW. The paint was beautiful, the dent repaired, and overall my car was spotless. On top of that, the service Cesar provides is unmatched to any other auto body shop in the Bay Area. He spends time to deliver the highest quality of service to each client that walks into his office. I have taken my car to Cesar twice, and will continue to do so in the future.
He is so friendly and makes me want to invite all my friends to have their cars serviced by him also. I will never take my car to another auto body shop after taking it to Royalty Auto Collision. BEST SERVICE EVER.

I bought my very first car back in March, (Toyota Corolla) and sadly I experienced my very first major accident driving home a few months later. My car had some VERY serious body damage, but thankfull I was ok. I was referred to Royalty Auto to handle my repairs from a family member who swore they were the best — and I must say, I’m so thankful I did. Being that I’ve never been through the process of a major accident, Juan the manager explained every step to me and assured me he would make sure my car was returned just like I bought it… brand new! While the process was long due to the insurance side of it, Juan kept in contact with me to give me updates and even sent me pictures once the car was complete and about ready to pick up. Being one of the most stressful events someone can go through, I always felt like everything was properly handled and the stress off my shoulders and knew I would be happy with the results. They were fast, detailed and cared about the customer.
I picked up my car yesterday and it looks and drives just like the day I drove it off the lot. I recommend this shop to anyone with any body work needed; small or large!

My girlfriend bought a brand new Toyota Camry about two months ago. Unfortunately, when she went to Starbucks, upon return, she discovered that somebody had backed up in to her rear bumper and took off. The result was an nasty scratch on her brand new car. Needless to say, she was very upset.
I have a friend of mine that took their car in to Royalty Auto and gave a good recommendation. I met Cesar. He gave us a very good quote for the job (re-​paint the entire back bumper) and told us when the job would be completed. In less than 3 days my girlfriend got her car back and saw the top notch professional job Cesar’s team completed. The car looked just as if came out of the Toyota factory.
My girlfriend and I are very satisfied with the job Royalty Auto Collision did with her car. She is very happy that we brought her car here. Without a doubt if we ever need to have additional work done, we would both not hesitate to bring either of our cars back to Royalty Auto.

I first discovered Royalty Auto Collision when I purchased and crashed my first car. That was MANY years ago. Today, I still rely and trust Cesar and his team with all my vehicles.
I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and immediately thought of Royalty Auto when I had to choose a shop to repair my car. I had not needed to visit the shop for a few years and I wasn’t sure if I would I would still be walking into the same place I trusted long ago. After all, most places go downhill after a while or the owners change or just bad economy. However, as soon as I saw Cesar and is pleasant smile and warm greeting, I was instantly relieved! I knew I was in good hands and I felt good about who would be working on my car.

Took my car in for detailing on my front hood and get my rear end bumper fixed… When I picked up my car two days later as promised, my husband and I thought we had a brand new car… they took the liberty of touching up a «few» scratches in areas I had not asked nor payed for and was not charged. Cesar the owner said it was on the house and hopefully we would go back again. Talk about great staff service. I must say I was very satisfied with the detailing of my car on the front hood. My bumper looked brand new too! I also got my car cleaned! WOW now that is great FULL service!!! The prices were very reasonable and the staff was excellent. I would go back to them any time and refer all my friends when needed!

Royalty handled everything, I mean EVERYTHING — from contacting the other driver’s insurance to booking our rental car while at the shop. I was promised to have my car back in 4 business days… I actually got it back in 2. The repair was immaculate, my rear bumper looked like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership lot.
