Elegant Tile did an absolutely beautiful job fabricating and installing granite in our Truckee condo. The counters and back splash are a focal point in the unit. The thoughtful design and focus on detail add to the warmth of the space and are noticed by everyone. Even better, their prices were significantly lower than Truckee counterparts, we have a slab looking product using pre –fabricated pieces and they were quick to remedy issues. I recommend them and will use them again.

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional granite stores around. They are unwilling to work with customers or contractors. They terrible products out of the 4 pre fabs we bought 2 of them were cracked and broken and all of them were seriously bowed. They also sold back splash we had already paid for 3 weeks in advance and told us we couldn’t receive the product for another 2 weeks. NEVER USE THIS STORE.

Please don’t buy from this company. They sold us what was supposed to be a 10 ft granite but it actually only measured 9 ft. The extra foot came at a cost of an extra $ 25 that just went to the pockets of the company.
The quality of their stone was also under par. We went to another stone store to purchase some more granite. Looking at the stones beside each other you could see the lesser quality from Elegant Tile and Stone.
I called them and talked to the lady who sold us the granite and she said she could not do anything. I asked if they keep an inventory of what they have in stock and was told that they do not. What kind of company that does not keep track of their inventory?
Their customer service is not very good and keeping their customers satisfied is not their priority.
For the record, this store is not even worth 1 star…

I found Elegant Tile to be very helpful (Iocating a beautiful marble kitchen slab).
Install and return trips to site to drill extra faucet holes and address some minor install nicks were handled in a friendly and timely manor. The cost was far below any other tile/​granite company in town. Well worth the price!!!

Run from these guys. I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. They do sloppy shotty work. And when you ask them to come back and correct their work they openly lie about the work performed.
I had them install a kitchen countertop for me. I had a new sink for them to install into the new countertop. Instead of a Stalin my new sink they put in the old broken sink. I asked them to come out and repair the work they had done and they refused. Wanted to charge me for a Nother piece of granite and install. On top of that they never followed up with a call to see if I ever got the problem resolved.
A horrible company I would never use them again.

We were considering using them for granite counters in our kitchen, but they never followed through, and got a bid to us, which he said he would get to me in 2 days. Even when I called over a week later, the guy who was really nice when I met him in person, didn’t remember me, and didn’t know what I wanted, had to refresh his memory, and still have yet to receive the bid. He told me again he would get it to me. It has been 17 days, since I first discussed it with him, and gave him a whole packet with the kitchen layout.
