To me, this complex is a great bargain! The one bedrooms are about 660 square ft. They are essentially easy to get around, but I’ve noticed some of the doors are interested. For instance, the door from the bedroom to the bathroom blocks the toilet, so you can’t just least the door open, you must enter, close the door and bit, and then do as nature intended. You also cannot keep something medium sized, like a waste bin or a stool, at the end of the bathroom cabinets b/c it blocks the door from closing or opening. In other words, some things are a tight squeeze. The kitchen has carpet. That is sooooo weird to me, but apparently that is fairly normal in spokane. Just weird… The cabinetry seems spacious, then I realized its really not. I have a hard time storing all my food. But, I have stored all my food. If you don’t hoard food for Armageddon like I do, you should be fine. I have a fireplace. It is nice :) I have a full size bed with space left in my bedroom for a vanity. Downside: No pets. Plus Side: No barking or allergies. There are garages for the 2nd and 3rd floor people but you have to open them for 1 bedrooms :( All in all, I think this place is worth the money. Having a washer and dryer is great, but the dryer takes a few rounds. Also, my dishwater seems to make my dishes dirtier than when i put them in. Maybe I should call maintenance. The management is very nice and fairly helpful.
