Given this place a fair shot and always paid rent on time but it has miserably failed. The water has been shut off twice now in the last month with no warning only after the fact was it announced. Fees that they forgot to apply because of their disorganization are now being randomly brought up causing unexpected financial stress. Being accused of disshonesty only to be proven truthful by their own paperwork.(disorganized) I am surprised and offended by the way this place maintains itself.

Clean apt with a decent pool. The apt shows that it hasn’t been recently remodeled. Appliances are pretty old but at least they’re in the unit. Stove is old style, washer dryer is stacked high, and fridge is pretty small. However, the location is very nice. It is across from Albertsons and close to the bank.
