This has been one of my favorite places to live. We had a north facing apartment with a great view of Mt Spokane and a huge duck pond right over the fence. Prices were reasonable for rent and the apartments came with a garage which was handy for extra storage. Everyone seems to be respectful about noise, sometimes it felt too quiet which was great.
