Customer service is top notch! Lance came over for an estimate. After he saw the very large job required equipment they currently do not own and would have to be rented, he still gave an honest estimate and recommended reputable companies that could tackle the job to eliminate the rental charges. Also, Lance could have just said he can’t do it at that point and drove off, but instead he looked around and gave me tips on how to keep the rest of the trees safe and healthy on my own. Wow. Too cool! I’ll definitely use them if/​when the time comes.

Lance and I played phone tag for a couple days, even though he knew via my first voicemail that his company wouldn’t be a good fit for our needs (green waste and refuse). When we finally spoke, it was a pleasurable conversation where he threw out a couple ideas that we will pursue. It says a lot about this company and their commitment to good business practice that they will take the time to offer their expertise when they know there is no business they will receive in return.

Duncan Tree Service gave me a very reasonable bid on trimming a large Stone Pine. Lance Duncan and crew arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job, and left the wood cut in fireplace lengths. Very satisfied.

We have an 11,000 sqft property with numerous trees, palms, pines and a small grove of fruit trees. Gardening is our passion. We have over half a mile of walkways and paths with hundreds of small potted plants, orchids, rare ferns, and landscape ornaments including extensive irrigation (some up in trees!).
Duncan Tree laced 9 trees (including an enormous brush oak that is well over 100 years old), hedged a large pine, two giant Canary Date Palms, two Queen Ann palms, and the fruit tree grove) They removed a 40 ft Black Acacia and general odds and ends including advice on our loved Magnolia trees.
All this was done without trampling over our gardens, without leaving a mess, with professionalism, courtesy and artful talent that has made our gardens truly shine.
I could not be happier and thoroughly impressed with their service — I believe you would be too.

Awesome work, awesome person! In spite of a difficult neighbor, Lance was professional and personable. He was careful not to damage the roof, trimmed with taste, and did extra bush trimming and extra cleaning up of twigs and leaves and other derbies. Highly recommended!

Lance and his crew removed 6 trees on our property at the end of 2013 and we were extremely happy with the whole process! When I first contacted Lance through his website, he got back to me that say to set up a time for an estimate. He arrived a few minutes early for the estimate, was very knowledgeable about our tree issues, gave us a fair quote, and was super nice. After looking at other quotes from other places, we decided to go with Lance. After contacting him, we set up the date. Lance and his crew are super nice and very professional. We will most certainly use them again if we need more work done.

I should have posted this a LONG TIME AGO!
I Found Duncan Tree in the GSDBA directory, and decided to give them a call. I had two rather large tree’s removed from my property, with some fencing around the trees. I needed the tree’s removed without damaging the fence.
They did a great job, so much that I am calling them back over a year later for another job.
Great service and reasonable prices! Job was quick, and clean!

I called Duncan Tree because our previous tree service had become expensive, complacent, and sloppy. Duncan Tree was the exact opposite, providing excellent service and thorough cleanup at a reasonable price. In addition, Lance provided much advice on maintaining our trees, improving our citrus quality, and selecting new trees. A large (sick & dying) tree was removed that had blocked the view of a neighbor’s junky yard; Lance had several very good suggestions for blocking the view with new plantings.

Professional tree trimming done by a certified arborist. I have used Lance for the past 6 years to keep my tree in check. His crew does an awesome job and leaves your yard clean and tidy.
