My husband and daughters have been seen here and it has been a frustrating experience every time. It takes months to get an appointment and then wait times are horrible, I’m usually there for two hours. If one of my daughters has needed more than one follow up appointment, they won’t let me schedule more than one at a time, which means the whole process takes months since it takes more than a month to get an appointment. The staff is unfriendly and inefficient. The final straw was when the clinic cancelled my husband’s appointment without notifying him. I’ll never go there again.

One must wait months to schedule a first appointment. Even with a scheduled appointment, one must wait approximately 1.5 hours to see the dentist. Every appointment has been a frustrating experience.
The front office staff is inefficient and do not appear to be interested in adequately performing their jobs. There is not a quality management system in place.
In my opinion, there needs to be a major revision of their policies and procedures by upper management.

Unsatisfactory Dental service. That simple. Had an appointment and still waited an hour to be seen. The appointment was for an emergency filling. Horrible. Ms. Alvarez @ didn’t know how to verify my insurance. I had to do it for her. Fracking terrible.
