Spring Villas

Not too sure about the apartments since I never even had a chance to look at them. Two times I have made an appointment to meet with someone in the leasing office… the first time they appeared to have their open sign up but no one was there and they weren’t picking up the phone. Decided to give them another try and made another appointment, and when I showed up they were completely closed. Waste of time. Good luck to anyone trying to take a look at their apartments.

I been living here for about 4 months I am very satisfied there very nice apartment. … I love the friendly environment and the office staff are super friendly and helpful..

roaches in the walls! bad parking and bad management! deanna the on site manager does everything to move you in then stop repairing the broken appliances! overpriced for small units! the maintenance worker is a pervert that lives in the complex and always flirting with my 17 year old daughter. i have already told him to stop and had to call management.

New people looking to move here, please do not be discouraged by the Unilocal reviews! I’ve been here for one month and its almost too good to be true. This is LOW INCOME housing! This means, you probably don’t make 3 or 4 times the rent to live in a larger complex, you have bad or poor credit or you’ve just hit hard times and you need a break to finally get your LIFE together!
I found this place just hopelessly driving around looking for a place to live for my child and I. I was a teen parent and we have been living with other people since my baby was born. This is the FIRST time ever we’ve lived together alone and the experience is very liberating! I haven’t seen ONE roach in my apartment in the month I’ve been here! I’ve got a SERIOUS thing about BUGS and I keep my kitchen CLEAN! The trash goes out every single day, no food is left ANYWHERE and I sweep and mop the floors nightly. A bug would starve to death before it found a crumb in my place!
The laundry room works just fine, I finally have a use for all of my spare change. The pool is always clean. Everyone keeps to them selves. The very first time I needed anything fixed in my apartment I told the front desk, the maintenance man was in my place within 10 minutes, it only took him less then 5 minutes to assess the issue and he replaced my microwave by the NEXT DAY!
The Unilocal reviews really frightened me… I had no clue what I was getting into but Deanna & Aldo where BEYOND helpful! With my poor credit and low income they made a MIRACLE happen and I am very grateful to have met them! My child and I would be on the brink of being homeless if it wasn’t for them! Spring Villas are not as bad as everyone is making them seem. If you are someone on a budget and need a place to stay this place is actually pretty good. The staff is very helpful. Deanna & Aldo do their job and are pretty much on top of things. The demographics of the apartment may bother some people. But if you aren’t a racist asshole there will be no problems. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. I have been living here for a year & never ever had a problem with roaches. Keep your house clean & you won’t have those type of problems. I would of gave 5 stars but the parking is pretty tight. Sometimes it takes me a good 5 minutes to get out of my spot.
If you have problems with neighbors you should always contact the office or authorities. How are they supposed to help the problem if you do not contact anyone. & that’s with any place you live.
I was pretty satisfied with the place & I’d rent here again.

Spring villa is OK place to live I’ve been living here for I think 8 years I don’t have any roaches in my apartment building 15 and maintenance in the apartment is fix right away when I put a request in management takes care of problem even though it might be as fast as I like they still take care of it. the price is not bad. Parking is another situation the tow company that they hired is really not doing their job there’s lots of times lots of times cars with no parking permit parking in the parking lot residents parking in the visitors parking spot for 7 days 10 days weeks over and over and over same cars in the park visitors parking. The outside area is clean. The laundry area was clean

Where can I start. Horrible place. This is what happens when you rush into things without knowing the truth. Horrible place. The only ones that make a difference are the maintenence guys cause they actually do care. First off moved in February 1 2015. Not even a week later a fight broke out and damaged my car. Go to find out that this is the 3^rd fight that happened with the same people. Constant noise from arguments happen not to mention the smell of weed going through our apartment for some time now. Cockaroachss all over the place. Cigarettes weed it’s all da same shit. I swear if it wasn’t for the friends we made so far here I would say to hell with this place. Not even close to finishing the lease and want to move out already. They have guys getting drunk outside in front of kids to the point where one guy was drunk of his ass and fell. What is this!!! After constant complaints of the same items it’s just to a point where my wife and I are done. I give props to the two maintenence guys cause they have been a great help. Without them nothing would be possible here. I tried to talk to management over and over and over again with the same answer. We are taking care of it. Bullcrap you are. I tried to talk to a regional management I believe her name is Roxanneand she promised it will change. Well deanna saying she going to on top of it. well no it hasnt. Still missing cabinets when we have been there for 3 months now. I’m over this place sucks I have to suffer here cause of the lease but trust me getting a lawyer to take care of this may be the answer. For now I’m stuck and of course all management cares is if they get rent money on time. I truly recommend going somewhere else didn’t know low income housing could be so ghetto. Lesson learned

This place is just horrible! My fiancé and his family have been having problems with there neighbors for some time now, last month things got bad it’s sad that things had to turn out the way they did because Deanna and the staff won’t do anything about fixing the situation. She asked us for some paper work and we did our part. But it seems like she doesn’t care

Where do I begin? This apartment complex is terrible. The apartments are extremely small. Parking is terrible. Mine and my friends car was towed. There is only like five visitor parking spots available. There is a terrible roach infestation, there are so many ratchet tenants around me. I am close to leaving this terrible place, and once I do leave, I am never looking back.

I dont recommend this sorry apartment at all to anybody waste of your money. Lack of inconsistency the company and so are the people working for them. They’re fucking racist!!! TOO MANY COCKROACHES
