Spring SKIN 101

I had a European Facial and Microdermabrasion from Jessica. She was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable during my visit and explained any questions I had about my skin. I even treated my Mom to a first time ever facial with Jessica and she loved it and felt very pampered. I have also seen her makeup application work as well and she is extremely talented. I highly recommend Jessica!
The receptionist is also nice and it is usually never a problem to get in for an appointment whenever I need.

I have been going to Skin 101 since they opened. I have referred MANY CLIENTS to them. I am told in both my spending & referrals that I am one of their BEST customers. I was there with Kat. Now Julie is my go to… this is my first BAD REVIEW TO EVER WRITE ON ANYONE!
I purchased lots of packages & spent some nice coin at their Annual Party on October 20, 2015. They had a «computer gliche» & I was unable to get my receipts. I have tried numerous times to get a receipt with my purchases of the day, my returns, the money I paid on account over $ 900. My purchases for the day were around $ 1700. I returned about $ 300 in products & makeup the next day. Had a lot of the stuff already & the colors didn’t match my skin tone in bright sunlight, etc. So I owe around $ 500 – 600 on account. I went today to settle up. I hadn’t before now because I was changing banks.
Anyway, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was told that I had to speak to Roxy who is out. Too bad so sad… attitude! I asked that she call me ASAP so we could get everything handled. I call back to leave a vm. Told I CANNOT LEAVE ONE… she is going to call me. I say ok… this will just be a follow up to our conversation. No you will have to call back… I cannot or won’t? Put you into voicemail?
I call back someone in the back answers. I let her know I need to leave a vm for Roxy. I am frustrated… have no idea what’s going on… am then TOLD I WILL HAVE TO CALL BACK AGAIN… AND BY THE WAY… STOP BEING SO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE! WTF? I am ONE OF THEIR BEST LONGTIME CUSTOMERS? AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ME?
WOW!
I referred my sister in law a physician… they lied to her about the appointment schedule. Make her pay over $ 185 for consults she doesn’t need for her daughters & is told… We are on vacation mode so no facials today… after they told her to come in… and her girls could get facials on July 3^rd. It took Roxy months to call & aplogize «because she didn’t want to inflame the situation»…again…WTF? TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS… DON’T LIE TO GET THEM IN…& APLOGIZE IN A TIMELY MANNER. MANY, MANY MORE SITUATIONS LIKE THIS… SAD! NOT GOING BACK EVER!
I don’t need to use Skin 101 that bad… Ciao people!

I have been coming here since shortly after they opened to get help treating pretty harsh and severe acne scarring, and sun damage, and I am not ashamed to say I’m in love with them all! Some of the staff has changed a bit since the beginning with the exception of my Rocking Roxie! But the ladies they’ve brought in are all just as amazing. Shelly is so friendly, fun and shares my desire and willingness to try all the new procedures and products that they so intensely research and decide are good enough to bring in. Julie is so great and really listens to what your wants and needs are and helps you to figure out a game plan to make that happen, without trying to sell you a heap of procedures or products that won’t be helpful. I know and have complete confidence that I will get an honest answer to my question or concerns and that they will never recommend something just to make money. They truely care about their clients. There a a few new ladies that I am just having the privilege of getting to know but they have also be top notch. I love them and the results, so much so that as soon as my teenage son and daughter started showing signs of teenage acne I started bringing them here as well. If I miss their appointments because we are busy, they literally beg me to make their appointments and bring them in. I’d say that says ALOT about the fantastic team at Spring Skin 101, if you can get teenagers begging to come to you for acne treatments, chemical peels and laser treatments because they notice the difference in their skin, you can be sure YOU ROCK! So basically this was a long winded way of saying you will never regret coming here! Knowledgable, Kind, Honest, Great Integrity, and always lot of Fun friendly service and smiles! I love you guys!

I absolutely love Skin 101. They have amazing monthly specials so you get to try all different kinds of things! The staff is so friendly and fun. They are so professional and really know their stuff. Skin 101 is one of a kind! Their hours work with my schedule and I always leave feeling satisfied. Their products are amazing (the pumice is my fav) and my acne treatments are covered by my insurance. Skin 101 is the only med spa I trust to go near my face!

Skin 101 has changed several unpleasant cosmetic concerns I had. I struggle with acne and using the right products and doing few treatments from here helped clear it up. I also had some broken capillaries which were instantly removed! My skin has never looked better and I now get compliments on it often.

I recently had two huge cysts pop up a week before my birthday and trip to Hawaii. I called skin 101 to schedule a consult and sure enough they got me in the same day. I saw the PA, Kathrine and she realllllly knew her stuff. She did an acne treatment and injected both cysts. that night they were completely gone. She assured me everything would be fine by my trip and she was right. I have some pigment from picking at them before my appointment, but that I can deal with. I LOVE this office and think they are very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!

I’ve been to Skin101 a few times. On my first visit I was able to snag a same day appointment. The staff is very welcoming.
