The yogurt is good and the stuff they have for you to put on the yogurt is very good. The fruit always seems to be good and fresh. And for me, that’s at least half of the experience. Because I really crave cold, fresh, delicious fruit when it’s hot. The self-service bar is clean and well-organized. The sneeze bar is always clean. Everything is tidy with no spill over. And to honest, it’s got to be that way or I wouldn’t go there. A number of reviews have noted the poor customer service. Granted, the woman who is there most of the time when I’ve been is not what I’d call overly-friendly. I think that’s just her personality. I asked her a pretty basic question once, and her reply left something to be desired. I don’t think she’s purposefully being rude, though. She’s just like that. And as long as she’s not downright snotty towards me, I don’t much care. There has been another young woman there a couple of times who has a better disposition — smiling, being friendly and so on.(I must remember to leave something in the tip jar for her the next time she waits on me.) So as long as I’m left in peace to put my yogurt concoctions together, I’m happy.

Excellent favors and friendly staff. Mango coconut was my favorite. They had great family music on and the place was super clean.

Quick, easy diy, low-fat treat when I want something cold and sweet to satisfy my sweet tooth and I don’t to drive out of Rayford area. Many different yogurt flavors to choose from and toppings. The charge by weight. Good customer service, no complaints. We come here at least 2x a month. :)

Well, it was Sunday at 9:30pm. We asked if they were open because they were breaking everything down and cleaning. The young lady didn’t seem to want us there and I could tell she was either a robot, or a person without any emotion. She said that they are open until 10pm and then sighed. The smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong in the air. The toppings were open to the air and also obsorbing the airborne cleaning agents, not to mention… how am I suppossed to eat sweet yummy things when my nostrils are burning from the chemicals??? My first visit was also my last visit. Obviously the owner wasn’t there, or I am sure they would be having a fit at their employees!

We really enjoy the variety of flavors they have on any given day which is why we prefer this place to their competitor on the other side of the freeway. The watermelon is so tasty, just the right amount of sweet and tartness. I also like the bubble gum. Chocolate never lets me down so I mix it with lots of flavors cause chocolate is good on everything . The main problem with this place is the service, THEREISNONE!!! There is never anyone behind the counter when we arrive unless someone is paying. The last 3 visits we’ve had to knock on the wall or call out for someone so we can sample the new flavors. The same little Indian girl has been working each time. She has a very dry personality and NEVER smiles. She looks like she hates her job or people, not sure which. Never a smile, a hello, a welcome or even a thank you for your business. And as soon as you’ve paid, she’s outa sight and nowhere to be found. It’s so annoying to have to look around for employees. Good service will generally make up for a lacking product. But lack of service will lose every time. I hope the owners make her step up her game before my next visit.

I stopped by here to get some yogurt on the way home. It’s conveniently located in the Kroger Shopping Center. They have tasty flavors but not a vast selection of them; I had been recommended to try the Red Velvet yogurt. They have a nice selection of toppings and syrups that you can add to your yogurt. The cup sizes are large though. The nice lady there is quiet as a mouse though she is very helpful. She also helped me find my phone which I misplaced. It’s a pretty nice place overall. =-)

I love the self serve concept, And they change their flavors regularly which is cool. They also keep it spotless! Although the staff is run poorly and the manager is never there. Good thing it’s self serve because I know those girls wouldn’t help me. All seem to have an attitude and are very rude. Except for one named Isamar, she’s the only nice one I’ve met. The others are always disappearing or talking to there friends. Overall a cool place, just very very bad customer service

How can you mess up Yogurt?!? So we were by Kroger so I decide to go for some yogurt. Let just say the peanut were Stale! Most the machine didn’t work, so wtf?!? Not just one but 3 that I tried. The yogurt taste funny too. The girls working there — worst customer service! I ask for a sample cup because I want to try the coffee one she gave me attitude?! No tip for them! I should of read the Unilocal reviews! I ll just go the one in spring much better!

Awful customer service! Bought yogurt for my daughter. It was $ 4.29 they charged my card $ 45.00. and when I went back to talk to them all they would say is the owner is handling it, even though I’d never spoken with a manager. I’ll never give them another penny. Employees are rude and hostile even when just buying yogurt. Corporate doesn’t respond. Owner doesn’t respond. This company is terrible. Never again. Go to Yogurt worx on Rayford so much friendlier and they won’t give themselves a $ 40. tip on your wallet!

Gross. The pistachio tasted like Indian seasoning. Bad service. We had to call someone from the back for sample cups and just left bc all the ones we tasted were not good and she disappeared again anyway. Our icecream would have probably melted by the time she came back to ring us out. Ick!

When this place first opened I loved going there. They had new flavors often, the yogurt was awesome, but as time has gone on they have declined. I loved the White Chocolate Mousse, but now they have rid themselves of it and haven’t changed the flavors in weeks. The yogurt is now hit or miss on freshness. A few times now I have gone and experienced a tangy almost bad taste to the yogurt I’ve purchased there. I’m not sure if it’s the machines not being cleaned regularly or the yogurt being left in them too long, but it’s nasty and disappointing. My husband and I now travel an extra 10 minutes to the Conroe, Tutti Frutti or the TCBY in Spring. They are both far superior. I wish they would have some method of giving feedback they paid attention to. Several times we’ve talked to the employees about the issues and apparently it’s fallen on deaf ears. It’s hit or miss there, try it if your okay with wasting money.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The emplyee Sara that works there should be fired along with the other young lady there.. My family and I went Friday night 1-10-2014 at 8:45, the outside lights were off and it looked closed. First weird thing. We went in and while we were choosing our yogurt there was no employees there. Once it was time to pay we had an employee ring us up but while we were eating they locked the door with us in the establishment. And went to the back with out saying a word. There was another couple that knocked on the door to try to come in. We unlocked the door and let them know that the ladies were in the back. The young lady Sara came back out and said we are closed. When the customer asked what time do you close she said 8:45 which are our winter hours. The employees disappeared again and while they were back there shut the lights off with us still in there and let us sit there with out saying anything. When we confronted them and said this was unacceptable she had an attitude. When my brother told her he didn’t like her attitude she proceeded to say«I don’t like your attitude». We asked to speak with the manager and all she said was his name is Ali and all we could do is call the land line. Needless to say we emailed corporate and told them that every social media we have will be noted about this disappointment with the employees they choose to higher. And ask that action is taken in regard to these two young ladies. Needless to say they have lost my business. This sucks because I love the Watermellon yogurt.

Whenever someone asks if I’d like to go out for ice cream, I furrow my brow and tell them how much I dislike ice cream. I’ve done it so many times that I actually believe that I hate ice cream. In fact, I love soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately it does not love me. Fro-yo is the next best thing, but not all fro-yo is created equal. Most places I’ve been to have a non-dairy option or two, but Tutti Fruitti has soooooo many choices! It’s delightful! I had cheesecake, mango and cake batter with walnuts and rainbow sprinkles. Oh happy day! Even better, oh happy next 24 hours! My taste buds and my tummy love Tutti Frutti! Oh and in case you wanted some details about this location: It’s self-service, priced similarly to its competitors, and it’s clean. Nom nom!

This place is VERY delicious, and you don’t have to feel guilty when you indulge a little!(Just don’t forget– candy bars are still candy, even if you’re putting them on froyo ;)) Try the peanut butter flavor if they have it– SOGOOD– top it with a little marshmallow cream & you’re in heaven! Second best is cake batter. Both very yummy! I’m so glad this place moved into my neighborhood!
