Woodlands Landscaping

Having recently moved into a new custom home community, my wife and I were eager to have a landscaping company help guide us with beautifying our yard. The landscaper whom was working for the new community approached us with his services, but my wife refused his services for those of «Woodlands Landscape» (WL). She contacted WL and was told that Sara Manore was tied up for a couple of weeks, thus my wife scheduled an appointment for her to come out when she became available. The morning when the WL representative was to arrive, my wife was contacted and told that WL was not able to meet in the morning, but could around 4pm that afternoon. Around 4pm, my wife was contacted again and told that the WL was in traffic and was running late. This was the last time WL contacted us. They never showed up, never called again. They had my wife wait around all day for nothing (and I thought the cable guy was bad). I called and emailed WL and to date have not been contacted by them. Not a simple apology was given to my wife. I hope nothing serious came up, but to not contact a customer that has patiently been waiting for weeks is not good business. Had the work already been started, would we have been left in the middle of it without any explanation? This should be a real concern for potential customers.
