Restaurant serving a full menu of wraps, salads, pastas and entrees all made with a healthier twist, using fresh ingredients, gluten free dressings, and flavorful recipes. Muscle Maker Grill specializes in providing healthier versions of mainstream favorite dishes that taste great, making it easy and enjoyable to eat healthy. The menu at Muscle Maker Grill features lean, protein-​based dishes including, fit salads, wraps, sandwiches, power pastas, and guiltless entrees, as well as fruit smoothies and protein shakes in an assortment of flavors. We also offer catering, take-​out and delivery services for the convenience of our customers

Working at Muscle Maker Grill now gives me the opportunity to offer customers and their families a unique fast/​casual dining experience in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, providing them with a menu that satisfies everyone from vegetarians to carb-​free consumers and those following a gluten free diet.

I always get the southwestmike. The owner is very accomadating she will make it without the sauce on it for when i am eating clean. Its a great place to go if you are trying to eat healthy. All the nutritional information is given to you so you know exactly how many calories you are eating. And the food taste great. I highly recommend the wrap platter if you have a
party.

Food lacks flavor. Chicken is very dry, I don’t think it’s cooked fresh everyday it’s definitely not marinated at all its as if they take it out of the package and slap it on the grill. Definitely try the western potatoes they were delicious.

I always get the southwest mike when I go here. It’s really filling and perfect for a post workout meal. Prices aren’t bad and the staff is friendly plus it’s always very clean in there. I’d say it’s the best for a healthy meal on the island.

I go here all the time bc there aren’t many other health good spots on the island. I always get the turkey taco salad. It’s pretty good. The shakes aren’t great bc you can taste the protein powder in them.

The delivery orders from here are always quick! When I go to the restaurant to eat, the counter girls (they usually are girls) are always so nice! The food is good, I just wish they had more on their menu!

Honestly, I never though eating healthy could be so delicious and awesome! This service is great. The food is soooo good it makes me not want to eat garbage food anymore! Try the Cajun chicken and penne or the Arizona entrée!

Went here for dinner. I had the burger. My hubby had the Arizona and we got the honey BBQ nuggets for our son.
Service was great. Our food came out pretty fast.
The burger was great. Very well seasoned. I had a bite of the hubby’s it was also very good but needed a little kick/​heat. Our son devoured his nuggets!
We will definitely be con back soon! Highly recommend!

I don’t eat always eat healthy, but when I do, it always bums me out. It’s hard to find food that satisfies all my cravings, yet doesn’t make me a fatty moo cow. So, I finally decided to try Muscle Maker Grill. I had the XXL Turkey Burger Wrap (ground turkey, turkey bacon, low fat cheddar, fat free secret sauce) with Caesar salad on the side. The wrap was delicious and filling, but there definitely wasn’t enough salad IMO. The place is located in a quiet strip mall, but the inside is nice and clean, the girl who took my order was nice (and cute!), and I got my order in less than 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back to try more entrees, and maybe their protein shakes.

I keep going back to this place for the protein shakes, but thats just about all I like there. Any chicken dish i have tried (specifically the chicken nuggets) are not fresh and gross me out. I guess if you order something with just vegetables it would be good — but I need some protein in my meals. I have eaten at the one in Florida and it is SO much better and the food is really fresh there, unlike here. Too bad.

After taking my baby boy to the vet, my boyfriend and I stopped here to try it out since it was right across the street.
I had me the «el mexican entrée» which was really good and enjoyable, I usually think when food is diet or just all good healthy ingredients you think it wont taste that good but this ended up giving my taste buds a exciting surprise and I enjoyed it lots. I also enjoyed my berry smoothie which was really good too. My bf. had a grilled chicken wrap with some healthy meatballs which were really good too, Im telling you I enjoyed every meal I had from here and didn’t expect that cause who really like healthy diet food lol.
I would def. come back to this place and try out other things, the service was quick and the people were really nice. They take cash or credit. The place has lots of room and is really clean. I really enjoyed my meal here and of course the bf. did too cause he seems to always eat mine then his =] ughhh

I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed my wrap from this place. I ordered the Mona Lisa. It just consisted of chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, low fat cheddar, and their special zero no carb signature sauce. It was excellent. It was small but it was a lunch special I believe as it was not on the menu and was cheaper than the other wraps. My sister said she wished it was bigger but that defeats the purpose of eating within a budgeted caloric intake. It satisfied me and left me eating more more more. In a good way! I can’t wait to go back.
I took one star away because the same night I had lunch there, we drove back later on to get more and we came from the north shore. People were inside eating but the cashier girl let us know that the chefs had gone home. This was while it was still in its operating hours. Ten miles there and ten miles back with no wrap in hand was disappointing.

I’ve been wanting to try MMG for at least 6 months now and finally had the chance to visit. It’s very clean looking and the service is fast and good but on the expensive side. I ordered an app a wrap and a soda and it came out to $ 19. I started with the Texas Chicken Nuggets that comes with fat free sour cream. It was on the chewy side and I didn’t care for the sauce. Next, I ordered the Rocky Balboa wrap which is grilled chicken and meatballs with low fat mozzarella cheese. I thought it was good but a little on the dry side. They do deliver but charge $ 1.50 for it. I may go back one day and try something different.

I hit up MMG for their massive protein shakes and occasionaly a lunch entrée. Very clean, good service. One complaint is one of their delivery drivers. Whips around the parking lot, cut me off for a parking space… and then proceeded to walk into the back when he saw I was a customer of MMG. Other than that, can’t complain. Well I could (complain more about the inept delivery boy), but I like MMG, so I won’t

Muscle Maker Grill (MMG) has a great concept. They take high calorie all time favorite dishes simplify them with more hearty healthy ingredients and what do you get? «An Amazing meal with half to 1⁄3 calorie intake» that’s good for the body. The dishes are made as either a calorie counter, low carbs, or high protein. MMG has a modern design of a juice bar. The protein shakes as well as fruit smoothies are a great grab after a gym work out. It’s good to know there’re people out there looking to help those better the body and the mind with healthy food. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Recommendations MMG Signature Wrap, The Arizona, and Rocky Balboa Wrap.
